  • The social media thing, they're not stepping back with the back foot, they're stepping back with the front foot, which is a no no. Front foot moves first to go forward, then back foot comes up to support. Moving back, the back foot moves first then the front foot follows. Love your channel and your content Tony!

  • Thanks Tony, I'm 6ft and long legs, I don't move my feet much but stay balanced and also I'm able to keep him coming on the inside with good jabs, my feet just don't want to move and have a mind of their own, they tend to stay light on toes but not move much even after drills, is it good or I should try to force movement

  • Hi Tony, I noticed that when you are moving backwards you punch with the same hand as the leg you step with. It is also common to use the opposite hand (e.g. stepping back with right leg, punching with left). Perhaps interesting to make a video on the two ways of stepping backwards?

    @kingdingeling3975@kingdingeling39752 ай бұрын
    • I noticed in another footwork video he was stepping back and hitting with his right cross and in this video it's opposite I'd assume it's good to work on both
