Love this! I did something a little different. Instead of shows, I did promotions- kinda like WCW vs NWO World Tour. Monday-WWF, Tuesday-WCW, etc. mad fun
Haven’t seen anyone mention how the rivalry options for championship matches are basically nonexistent.. Why can we never interfere in championship matches? Theres no way to screw the champion or the challenger except for a special guest ref match. Smh.
That’s the worst part about the game also it’s basically no rivalry actions for ppvs you can’t even cash in mitb at ppvs

All I can say is, I totally understand that um has many glitches as far as certain things not working properly or at all but you really have to improvise and be creative and open minded and tweak and adjust as you go along. You have to test things out here and there to see how the mode reacts to what you’ve adjusted to understand how to work around it Before you even begin playing the calendar first. Trust me universe mode is very enjoyable as long as you know what you’re doing?
@@angelserrano9049 yeah as I’m playing I just visualize different segments in my head but things like run ins during championship matches, promos ,show intros and cash ins during ppvs are things that were in previous installments of the game so the only reason why they aren’t included would have to be because they didn’t care to put it in by now we should have all these features and more . The matches are great but the story element of universe mode is not where it should be
@@kddillard5711 i absolutely understand how you feel but if they left those things and continue to add more, it would absolutely be unplayable since it’s a Yuke’s mode. 2K doesn’t have the coding for it to maintain stability and not crash and glitch out so that’s why they neglect this mode, so until they take it away and build it from the ground up to make it there own, then there’s never gonna be any additions to it. Hopefully next year will be much better though. this is the last year for the last gen consoles, which might also have something to do with it.

I love how you set your Universe mode up. I am doing a All Women's Show and I really do the same thing when it comes to putting every pPV show every fourth Sunday. I write everything down in a notebook and throw the papers away after the show is done. This video is informational and I love your video. I'm subscribed now

You know how I can load into a new universe mode without my roster? Everytime I start a universe mode (even if I click import roster with Y) it start me off with default day1 roster and not with all the edits and stables I made prior😢😂 if that make sense

Honestly, the best way to enjoy universe mode and not let the auto booking fuck it up like it always does is to create shows, select your rosters, select your titles and divisions, turn off the automatic rivalries option and just completely ignore the rivalry manager. Don't use it. Instead book whole shows yourself and use rival actions in free mode. Status effects and rival action results will still apply and you can create as many rivalries as matches on your show. It's a pity you can only do that in major shows and not minor or PLE's.
That's what I do, I always book everything automatically.

The thing I struggle with is it’s just not fun for me, it’s too much, but not enough at the same time. I can’t keep track of the nonsensical matches the cpu puts on. But that spreadsheet should help

Just download the wrestlemania 40 set from community creations and add a major show on Saturday, and there you go, 2 night wrestlemania.
I tried that, but it then made it a weekly show on Saturdays. Didn’t work unless I did something wrong
@@IamCamTaylor you just delete it when you’re done, unless you delete Hollywood wrestlemania on Sunday, and put the custom ppv on Sunday you can have 14 matches, if it’s on Saturday I think it only lets you do 9.

Hate how some Rival Actions are locked into Classic Mode only. Like seriously WHY. Half of them don’t even make sense to be exclusive to Classic.
Anyone have issue with no royal rumble winner at WrestleMania, all I did was add additional wrestlers to each roster.
How can i put downloaded wreslers on an organisation in superstar universe or do they get drafted automatically
You would have to use spin the wheel for that!

I have the best universe mode because my roster has big names from currunt era ruthless agression era and attitude era all in their prime
This is annoying me so much and I dont know how to fix it. So i made two new shows that were not raw and smackdown. Meaning in my universe mode I made two new shows with each show having its own roster and championships. However, it makes me so mad because you pick the superstars to be on that show but then some how even though their not selected to be on the other show their still on the show, which is so annoying and ruins my universe game and the point of having two rosters.

As long as you don’t believe that you can emulate what’s on tv and treat it solely as a sandbox, universe mode is very enjoyable as long as you know how to improvise and be creative. With tweaking, adjusting and testing, this mode is great for what it is

It's crazy people need to go to this extreme just to run a mode in the game. Qualifying matches, tournament etc should be part of the mode. Lazy ass 2k. How do you decide who's going to be in rivals? And how do we end rivals, without just deleting them. I've had a rivalry now that's surpassed 2 ple events. It's annoying. And for wrestlemania. I set the first Sunday as day light wrestlemania. 2nd Sunday as night wrestlemania arena. Then just delete all the show matches in-between. So it's like having back to back WM events.
They need to scrap my rise and maybe another mode and include an alive and drama filled universe mode. With all the drama we expect. What is so difficult about that!?
@phillipsjuan3871 if they had any brain cells and work ethics. They could combine Myrise, my GM and universe mode. But I agree. No need for 5 different modes, plus online, plus play now. Have more people working on one thing. Share experience, ideas etc and it would benefit all
