Lemon and apple diet cake! no sugar, no butter, no white flour! Juicy sponge cake
INGREDIENTS:
✔️Apple - 100g
✔️Egg yolk - 2 pcs.
✔️Lemon (lemon, juice - 1 tablespoon)
✔️ Kefir - 100 ml. (or any milk)
✔️Cassava flour - 25 g
✔️Soy flour - ​​25 g
✔️Almond flour - 50 g
✔️Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
✔️Protein - 3 pcs.
✔️Egg yolk - 1 piece.
✔️Water - 50ml
✔️Lemon juice - 50 ml
✔️Tapioca starch/cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
✔️Stevia (any sugar substitute)
✔️Cottage cheese - 350 g
✔️Milk - 60-80ml
✔️thick yogurt 100 g
✔️Stevia (any sugar substitute)

  • Can coconut flour and almond flour be used I cant have soy and I don't have cassava I also have hemp protein powder and bamboo fiber sunflower seed flour can any of these work to replace thank you
