  • Ох уж эти гениальные строители. Они и светодиодную ленту замуруют в смолу, и дымоход/вентиляцию над крышей на 30 см выпустят для отсутствия тяги, и глухарь в газобетон в крутят без анкировки чтобы щит с разводкой воды поскорей упал, и бетон под столб зальют без пятки чтобы его поскорей выдернуть либо от морозным пучением либо ветром. Слава героям строителям, которых постоянно звать нужно на переделку!

  • Во первых: светодиоды теряют свои свойства, со временем они станут светить тускнее, система не ремонтнопригодна. Далее зачем использовать герметик для склеивания дерева, клей ПВА и всё будет ок, он тоже водонепроницаем, а склеивает не только дерево, но и много других веществ. Исходя из этого, всё что ли нагородили - понт, причём корявый.

  • Wow, I pressed on this by accident but now I will have to find out the home is being transformed. The workman is a jack of trades. Is everything I'm going to finish my home? I have a walking-in shower but the council only told the workman to tile only 1/2 the bathroom. So I'll be able to finish off the tiling and decorating my lounge again as the paper pearling looking for a suitable. Ive got to see this home finished. ❤

  • In that first segment with the staircase, don’t make your railing go up to the ceiling - that high railing limits the size of furniture and appliances that you can move up and down the stairs.

  • Good tip When using construction adhesive glue it, set it and then lift it ( just one end ) 1 more time activating the glue makes a much stronger bond.

  • That's nice work work with extras but while you had it apart you should've made sure it was up to code. The landing needs tobe 36" for appliances and comfortable walking.

  • Учитывая то, что у меня сейчас делается ремонт "через пень-колоду", а я архитектор, выдала работникам хорошо проработанный проект и хочу, чтобы всё было выполнено качественно, пусть и не быстро, то, глядя на на работу этих мастеров, завидки берут и сердце моё моей кровушкой обливается...

    • Вы думаете тут много профессионального, схема таких лестниц, самая простейшая, с которой справится большенство мало майски умея работать простейшим инструментом, в том числе и ручным. В свое время работал в малоэтажном строительстве, в том числе и на сложных объектах, спешка это вред.

  • Very sad to see that. My mother used to say „der denkt nicht von Zwölfe bis Mittag“ ( He‘s not thinking from twelve midday to noon ). This is going to be broken latest after a couple of years. Then he only has to work for a week to change the lights. 😮

  • I wouldn't say any other level, I would rather say normal, as it should be, these people work as the current standard should be. But there are still many black sheep who either don't do follow-up training, or you let people work who haven't learned it but have learned it. It can then happen that they don't do it correctly because they simply haven't learned it. Nevertheless, the people in the video can do what they do 😁👍🏻
