Ullmark nixed a trade to become the Kings starting goalie. Ullmark is becoming the $5 million per year backup. I'm a Caps fan. Good to see the urgency the guys bring to the table when it matters. I like what I have seen from both teams. Good game by both. Now, only if the young guys played a full season together in DC and not dawdling in the minors before the callups.

Being a Bruins fan is unnerving this year. We dominated playoff-bound teams for 4 games in a row, then the next night, we play like complete assholes. How can we go from unstoppably good, to uselessly terrible in just 45 hours? WTF!

Swayman played well but the rest of the team couldn't get past a really clean defensive playing team in the Caps. It could have been 3 or 4 to 0 if not for Swayman. Lindgren again stood on his head when needed for the Caps to push them to 1 more win to get to the playoffs.
