World No.1 Iga Swiatek 2024 Court Level Practice with Caroline Garcia (4K 60FPS)
See why Iga Swiatek is such a great player in this practice at court level with Caroline Garcia in 4K 60FPS with slow motion footage!
Some stand out elements of her game is her full western grip which generates alot of topspin on her forehand, her athletescism more specifically her speed, endurance and movement, ability to turn defence into attack swiftly and much more.

Piękny ten ruch forehandowy. Do samego końca. Poezja :)
My two favorites :)
Just insane racquet prep and head speed. These videos are so humbling for your average club player. Cheers! M
Thank you Court Level Tennis video brilliant Training some N1 Tennis Iga Swiatek is Caroline Garcia intense very beautiful.
Caroline. my favorite player.
fritz forehand and schwartzman backhand
Taylor Fritz has even more extreme western grip.
Pretty accurate
In fact when they measured in USO2022 constantly the speeds of the shots, only Jannik Sinner hit the forehand 4 mph faster than Iga, on the backhand only Thiem hit the similar speed, but not faster. Iga’s average was higher than top20 on the men’s side.
@@jukkao.parviainen8669 interesting
@@jukkao.parviainen8669hard to believe. Source?
I want to practise with them 🥺
good idea
in Melbourne, before or during AO
esta si que juega bien
Swiatek's FH racet take back, isn't her elbow way too close to her body? It doesn't seem ergonomic. Anybody ?
1ga🥰🥰🥰
The smallest horizontal forehand swing radius/range I've ever seen. It's as if the racquet face stay close to her body during the entire swing. Like within 1 or 2 feet, if I'm exaggerating it a bit?
My thought exactly. In my opinion, her FH racket takeback has her elbow way too close to her body. What do I know? 😂😂
Iga jaka opalona xd
it was in Melbourne in January 2024
Nice Girl. See you in few month NY😎
Caro nevers play with me ….😢
She's okay
😂😂😂😂😃👍👍👍😃😃
using that grip style robs her of alot of power...switch to Continental/Eastern
In terms of spin rate and velocity, her forehand is at or near the top of the WTA. I didn't realize that on her velocity, but was aware that her spin rate can get as high as Rafa's. That extreme western helps with that. The big bounce forces opponents to always back up on rallies unless they can time it on the rise. Some ppl don't like how methodical her game is - push opponent back w/topspin to open her running swing volley, but I like the ruthless efficiency.
Man I dont know I will never be a fan of the western grip. Call me old fashioned or traditionalists but it all looks so forced and cramped. Dont get the people who call her technique "beautiful"...
Forehand grip is too much for me. I'd hit sky balls all day.
@@dap777754 I actually switched from eastern to semi western and it was ok. But this seems to be almost full western. I know a pro who switched from Eastern to full western and it just all looked so awkward. Same here with Iga...cramped and very wrist. It works wonders for her and might be the best shot in women's tennis today but it just not easy on the eye
@@zedinlimbo1 What's important is that it works. It doesn't have to look beautiful
