I don't really see someone as suiting being unhealthy / overweight etc. To the original comment, confidence is good but glamourizing being unhealthy/ overweight isn't a good message. We shouldn't shame anyone to being confident but you also shouldn't define someone's journey as " losing a few pounds" when it can be so much more than that. @@Littlemissiee I am not trying to tread lightly. Some studies show that being moderately overweight does not negatively impact Health... Being obese always impacts health in a negative way. A little bit of meat on the bones is not a problem, however when you are obese and it is becoming a burden on you and Society at large, that's when it becomes a problem. I'm not out here to police anybody, so there's no need for me to do what you just did and go into to a long diatribe on how unhealthy it is to be overweight. If people want to be obese or morbidly obese and take themselves out, while it's sad, it's really not my problem and not any of my concern. Adele was never huge, she just had some weight to lose, and I'm applauding that and I see how much better she looks without the weight. That's just my opinion and I have no idea what her health situation was like before losing weight nor do I have an idea of what her health situation is like now that she's lost the weight. That's not something that either one of us should be speaking on.

@@serious7179 it seems you are trying to tread lightly not to offend anyone but it shouldn't be about what "suits her" but what is good for her health. I don't really see someone as suiting being unhealthy / overweight etc. To the original comment, confidence is good but glamourizing being unhealthy/ overweight isn't a good message. We shouldn't shame anyone to being confident but you also shouldn't define someone's journey as " losing a few pounds" when it can be so much more than that. Health is more important, confidence will come with that. Anyone having health issues DUE to the way they treat their body is not beauty.
@@Littlemissiee I am not trying to tread lightly. Some studies show that being moderately overweight does not negatively impact Health... Being obese always impacts health in a negative way. A little bit of meat on the bones is not a problem, however when you are obese and it is becoming a burden on you and Society at large, that's when it becomes a problem. I'm not out here to police anybody, so there's no need for me to do what you just did and go into to a long diatribe on how unhealthy it is to be overweight. If people want to be obese or morbidly obese and take themselves out, while it's sad, it's really not my problem and not any of my concern. Adele was never huge, she just had some weight to lose, and I'm applauding that and I see how much better she looks without the weight. That's just my opinion and I have no idea what her health situation was like before losing weight nor do I have an idea of what her health situation is like now that she's lost the weight. That's not something that either one of us should be speaking on.

The big difference is her confidence, some people are confident in a slightly larger body, and I always thought Adele looked confident before, but now she just shines so much more, and I'm pleased she has done it for herself and it makes her so content with her life!
