    • Hello from the future! 😜 Crossing your eyes will get you a RIGHT / LEFT picture with inverted stereoscopy (what should pop-up from the screen you see them in the far background), not a parallel LEFT / RIGHT stereoscopic one, like it was intended for VR headsets! 👁 _ 👁

  • lol I just got that "wow this actually works" moment while crossing my eyes, I couldnt do it full screen on a 30 inch monitor but in the original player size it was pretty cool to watch although I had to concentrate to keep it together. I could hold it at maybe 90ish percent most of the time while only being 100% 3D for a few seconds at a time. probably from looking around the background...still pretty dam cool

    • interesting! i can do it pretty well, fullscreen, but my problem is blinking and that i have to turn my head to the left. that means, i guess, that my eyes look into different directions when i close my eyes

  • Just learned how to watch 3d without glasses, literally just put your face as close as you can in front of the screen (phone in my case) and pull away slowly until it'll be blurry at first but the 2 sides combine eventually you'll see it clear it's what Google cardboard does what also works is placing something between each side until your eyes focus as if it's one thing your looking at. It actually works pretty cool.

    • Got my 3D glasses since. The convergence on this is a bit off and the depth isn't very intense but it works. Seems really hard not to make the resolution look muddy when 3D vids are uploaded to KZhead.

    • Hi, awesome answer that's right the video is already in 3D "side by side" the thing now is buying some glasses, should work those on the cinemas? because the cinema 3D isn't side by side, is side by side but not with the two images that separated and... i am affraid that side by side doesn't work or with that separated images the 3D would be almost 4D. Exists side by side but in some ways very... like two images but in the vertical should ever that work too? ... our eyes that way should blow up our brain lol...

    • Luis Filipe Nearly ALL cinema 3D requires passive polarizing glasses. Very cheap. The two images are projected alternately at about 30 frames per second. And with each side being polarized at a different angle off of the rather reflective "silver" screen they give a perfect effect.

  • you don't need any technology as long as you know how to cross your eyes and focus on the middle bit. it has the exact same effect. it may be a little uncomfortable the first time you try this.

  • Can someone explain how I'm supposed to look at side by side? I watch in my Gear VR and it just looks like 2 videos. On the left is a roller coaster and on the right is a roller coaster. Cross eyed watching hurts and makes everything look blurry.

    • If it its blurry then you're doing it wrong. It can bee really HQ looking and for some people it maybe hurt but for me it doesn't.

    • +nickjamesbitch2 you need a 3d tv. 3d tvs have the option to do several types, side by side, top and bottom, etc. That said with side by side you can cross your eyes and mostly see it in 3d.

    • Instead of crossing your eyes, do the opposite: unfocus your eyes until the two split screens come together in one screen. You may see two separate ones beside the one you're focusing on, but ignore them. After the two come together, try to focus on an object in the screen in the center. Your brain will make the center screen not blurry. Enjoy the video! :)
