onion: 3 pc
butter: 150 g (5.3 oz)
vegetable oil: 50 ml (1.7 fl oz)
garlic: 8 g (0.3 oz)
salt: 8 g (0.3 oz)
black pepper: 6 g (0.2 oz)
sweet paprika: 6 g (0.2 oz)
mustard: 25 g (0.9 oz)
soy sauce: 40 ml (1.4 fl oz)
water: 250 ml (8.5 fl oz)
corn starch: 50 g (1.8 oz)
water: 150 ml (5.1 fl oz)
parsley: 20 g (0.7 oz)
scallions: 20 g (0.7 oz)

  • Das Fleisch hätte ich vor den Zwiebeln in den Topf getan und schön angebraten , die Zwiebeln danach nur glasig gebraten.

  • You can save time if you buy the meat already cut and I did not see anything added to make the meat softer. The spices taste better added to the meat at the time of cooking, not after. Usually the meat turns soft after 2 hours of cooking. Half hour only leaves the meat harder. Sorry to burst your bubble
