I can't believe that was 1982. I remember sitting watching this with my family before heading up to bed for school in the morning. These were the great days of Snooker.

The good old days of Snooker. Used to love watching the games during the 1980. I can remember when i finished school i would rush home to watch the games that were on the bbc channel. Loved watching Alex Higgins and Jimmy White.

Saw that when it was shown. I watched every session I could back then (when I wasn't in school) Great characters in the game that you just don't get anymore.

The music is very good !! This is represent 80's snooker in one video. In time when steve davis and jimmy white is like a kid around with older opponent like Ray Reardon , Alex Higgins Hendry not even turn pro , Ronnie is just 6 years old in 1982

I love these old Entertainer compilations. This is back when snooker was actually interesting and watchable, the players were all characters in their own right, they used to have a laugh, a drink and a smoke during the game. Now they just sit there fart-faced, too scared to do anything in between shots except sip their water. Boring as hell.

They tried to make the other players seem interesting but there really was only one player who could truly be called the entertainer and when he quit professional snooker in 1990 audiences declined

Ronnie does try but he's on his own.
