  • Ziqi, you have to copyright your videos and trademark them. There is currently a Vietnamese creator who is shamelessly stealing your content and recreating them under a different skin. It is not right for people to profit off of your design and IP. KZhead will take down/demonetize their videos but only if you officially complain. And just to clarify: culture cannot be patented and similarities in traditional living are not the issue. The issue is similarities in camera work, scene splits, coloring palettes, and design. People should share their culture and be proud of it, but they should be authentic and honest, and they should never wrongfully profit off of other people's designs
