I think the host was aware of this and didn't change Amar singh's name by mistake, he changes his name to protect the show's appeal, highlighting the pervasive discrimination faced by individuals from lower castes. 3. The song "Naram Kaalja" delves into the female psyche and challenges traditional notions of masculinity. Growing up, we often judged girls who indulged in profanity, listened to explicit music, or watched certain films, branding them as impure. However, the film tackles this feminist theme without resorting to clichéd tropes like nudity, them drinking or smoking in order to, emphasizing female empowerment without sensationalism. the editing of the film was top notch without any doubt. and the cinematography was done by Sylvester Fonseca who is a renowned name in bollywood. I also think AR rahman came up with an amazing album after a long long time with this film, I don't remember when was the last time he came up with an album this remarkable and amazing. I've been listening to songs like Vida karo, ishq mitaaye since i've watched the movie. it's a musical drama and you're nourished with musical numbers every 10 - 15 minutes of the movie and not a single second goes to vain. if you're planning to watch this movie just stop wasting time and just watch it.

I would recommend recent kannada movie of Rakshit Shetty which is SAPTHA SAGARADACHE ELLO( Somewhere beyond 7 seas) It is a beautiful movie about a couple who are deeply in love with each other and how their life changes after a small decision taken by the protagonist. It a very good MUST WATCH. The music album is too good.

As a die hard fan of Imtiaz Ali, Chamkila was a great treat to me. It was what we expect from him and he delivers it like no one else. The creative direction like tamasha and great music like rockstar (my not be as good as rockstar but it was great) combined with great performances by all the cast is just fabulous. It was something that we wanted from Imtiaz and he provided it with great passion. The song 'vida karo' in the end was the best and reprising the old songs of chamkila was actually a good choice, diljit and parineeti did an amazing job 💖
