Partying already puts the boxer back down to normal or average level at best. They could be the hardest working people in training camp and work out three times a day harder than any other boxer, but if they're drinking and smoking weed they literally nullify all that and set themselves back down to normalcy or average at best. I remember when Floyd was younger and he was living in Vegas when he was just coming up he never drank a sip of alcohol or smoked anything into his lungs because he knew by his profession as a boxer, and trying to be the top boxer in the world, drinking alcohol and putting smoke in his lungs with only lower his health to a point where he might be average at best. He was working out when everyone else is sleeping. Floyd would still go to clubs and hang out at night but he would never drink alcohol or smoke weed or anything he would literally buy alcohol or buy the bar for all his friends to drink and he sit there and drink Gatorade or water

I'm just not a fan of how he barely even touched on the Bohemian Grove p*do stuff. If something that traumatic happened to him, he might be coping with substances to deal with it. It's a very real possibility. If he's breaking his routine with his training, eating, and substance habits it could all very easily stem right back to that and Jesse didn't even address that. For all we know, Ryan has been threatened by very powerful people.

Also Ryan never wanted the title, he probably stopped cutting to prevent being weight drained knowing that Haney is gonna put on 25 pounds after weigh in. All that is irrelevant to if they deserve to win. Nobody deserves or doesn't deserve a win or lose. It's whatever happens in that ring, is what was supposed to be and what either fighter deserves either way. The only time you don't deserve a win is if you cheat. On juice, or fight dirty or illegally is another story, but everything else is completely irrelevant to what they deserve. Man, not justifying laziness, but if someone (referencing the Cung Le not deserving a victory here) can pull a victory without training, I respectfully take the opposite perspective. I appreciate the purist in you, that everyone does it this way, puts in the work as such, etc. - that's hard work and should be mutually honored generally speaking. But Dan Henderson often didn't train and won many times, Kamaru was praised for how he held of Khamzat without a camp, anytime someone comes in last minute with no camp as a replacement and wins he/she is praised for it. Of course there's Jones, too, but if someone can pull victories without training, that's pretty darn impressive, I think. Most would be weeded out; MMA Natural Selection (MMANS? Lol).
