  • I love that after odysseus asks "WHO!?" tiresias just repeats his lyrics. Much to Odysseus confusion. But he did answer Odysseus question of who is with his wife. Himself. He just doesn't know that yet.

  • I like how Tiresias looked caught off guard when Odysseus yelled at him. It gave me "don't hurt me I'm just the Messager" vibes. Maybe he wasn't expecting the reaction from Odysseus or he wasn't expecting Odysseus to grab him. Ok well maybe he did because he can see the future but it still could have surprised him. • I LOVE that someone else finally captured the same way I interpreted this encounter by thinking that Tyresius is almost frustrated that Odysseus is being so stubborn about not believing that the prophecy isn't the problem. Seeming to almost intentionally upset Odysseus more by giving him the "palace in red" verse in retaliation, and basically telling him "you're in MY house so play by MY rules and don't make me say it again" by stating the original prophecy with such hard finality at the end.

Absoltely love how you changed the animations for the different things Tiresias sees (e.g. "song of past romance" in the first verse is him and Penelope, but in the second it's the sirens that try to seduce Odyseuss AND the "sacrifice of man" first is Polites, second it's the men sacrificed to Scylla). • The colors/lighting in this are phenomenal, also shoutout to the cinematography. The quick flashes to the cyclops and Poseidon were so great at showing the trauma from his POV too, this is just perfect

  • here me out I know that "the sacrifice of man" probably refers to Polites or other members of this crew but i like to think that it may also means Odysseus himself like, everything he did during war and trying to make it back home changed him, robbed his soul of peace etc so it was also a huge sacrifice

  • I love how you made Tiresias have bandages over his eyes cause a character being blind is generally used to show how they have "other" form of sight, in this case prophesy. Great work!

  • 10/10, love the vision of scylla's future appearance and how you use a blindfold both to mark tiresias's blind prophet status and to give that awesome shot of his glowing white eye there at the end.

  • Thus far, this animatic has the best Setting and Vision of the song and its happenings. Every time he drops to the final chorus I just feel tingling running down my spine, it's brilliantly displayed

  • this is SOO BEAUTIFUL i love how you use colors throughout, how you draw the memories and the future touching odysseus, strangling him. And the very end, where the prophet's bandages fall away and that unseeing/all-seeing eye just pierces through him aaaa this is amazing!!

  • DUDE!!! The whole ending sequence was flipping phenomenal!!! The last “But it’s NO LONGER… youuuuuuuuu” I got so many chills, with the revealing of the eye, and shot to red background, that was amazing. I’ve listened to this song so many times, but this was the first time I actually didn’t know how it would end. This was absolutely amazing, incredible work 👏👏👏

  • My absolute favorite of the underworld saga. Choosing the organ for Tiresias is absolute gold imo. It has the fullness of sound and the eeriness of the echos that just make the Prophet seem so haunting. Paired with 'Monster', this saga just keeps getting better and better.
