Well worth the wait. Makes sense why it has taken nearly a decade for BeamNG to give us a modern super car. I'm hopefull for either a 60s or a modern front engine V12 GT in the future.
And yet it looks better than most cars from brands that have spent 50 years making supercars
Modern bruckell, modern civetta, if we continue with this theme mabye a modern Burnside will come?
A modern Autobello (Van or COE truck hopefully) would be good.

Also no wonder actual Sim-Racing games just take real cars. I love that BeamNG devs took the time to make a stunningly realistic and awesome vehicle!
The accuracy on the Dark Owl car is amazing. Most custom movie cars have small block Chevrolet engines (Chevy LS if their more modern) and the 'Dark Owl' car has the same Gavril 5.5 V8 as the D-series and Roamer :) Love your videos, you are a great source of inspiration.
Just thought I would point out: the hood from the dark owl looks really sick in combination with the performance front bumper.

i should probably add that the Italian police preset is based on actual police cars that are used to transport organs to people who need them as soon as possible

the race version of this car with slight engine modifications and minimal tuning does the 1/4 in 8.9 seconds and tops out at 278

i made a sub 6.5s 1/4 mile drag car with it with no mods
I turned up the boost and nitrous on the drag car, the engine only lasts one run, but it runs a 7.90 quarter mile and wheelies in the first 2 or 3 gears

Neil, watching you playing some of the of Beamng's mods has inspired me to do finally up grade my RAM and get a steering wheel etc. I already have the game but driving via the keyboard it's easy. I can't wait for the items to get here so I can start to run from the cops etc. Love your work Neil ❤️

@@TomJones-be5nywhen that happens I can’t control the car and I just fly off the road, that’s what I really hate about keyboard. Especially when I’m towing and I have cars on my trailer

Your videos have gotten very professional yet they're still the same great videos, been subscribed for a long time and have always enjoyed watching you Neil!
The race trim of the Scintilla, at least for me, is very under/oversteery. I tried some laps with it around the nordschleife and managed 6:45 with some minor mistakes which is pretty good considering it doesn’t like cornering at low/mid speed corners. It does launch into hyperspace on the straights though, with over 700 hp and it weighing 2800 lbs it’s pretty difficult to keep it from sliding all over the place.
Yeah the stock car with slighty different rims and race slicks feels wayyy better on the Nurburgring than the race trim.
love the intro with the garage mode I feel like your gonna do it every time u do a car review. Its Art!
The best part it that you can give it 1600+ HP and the AWD can handle it without a sweat.
So far my top speed was 308. Twin turbos at 36 PSI with a lot of Nitrous. Ultra heavy duty block and the race sequential Clutchx AWD
I agree, the Scintilla Offroad car is awesome, the best offroader I've tried so far (for rallying, not crawling). It reminds of when Jeremy Clarkson rebuilt a Mercedes supercar to an offroader in _The Grand Tour_ Tip: Tap "N" twice when you're in a dark tunnel ;)
I love cruising around in the Corse spider it's such a cool luxurious hyper/ super car

I had so much fun yesterday just driving it it M1 mode. I never crashed it on purpose, I just went around Italy in it while trying to keep it on the road.
Graphics look soo good!!! Too bad my monitor only goes up to 780p so even on the best settings it’s not great

The Civetta Scintilla looks like a mix between a Lotus Evija and a Maserati MC20

I've also noticed the "gyro" of sorts for the steering. Its cool! But I'm not sure how to turn it off when I want to.
Options -> gameplay -> Oversteer reduction assistant I believe.

On this car can be switched several driving mods like race mod and etc. as i know it's effects on the way it drives ,and even top speed (sorry for awful English)
The chassis can handle 1500Hp no problem, the AWD works a breeze at 200+, and when tuned right it could probably be a record breaker.
The speed version name 'Velocità' just means 'speed' in Italian. It is pronounced like 'way low cheetah' spoken really fast and with a short 'ee' , and the stress is on the ending 'tah'

You need the Roane County Tennessee map. You could easily do 200+ without crashing.

I had to change pants after that intro, this new car makes my boy parts feel funny. It might have dethroned the Bolide as the best looking car in the game, and I ADORE that thing (Especially the revamped version). Best part is she drives as good as she looks.
If they continue the theme of classic brands, making new cars, I hope they do bruckell next.
@@jwalster9412 The last car was the Bruckell Bastion, the Not-Charger. I'd prefer a modern JDM like a Not-350Z or Not-GTR
@@demomanchaos actually, yeah I agree with that a '14 nissan GTR Nismo (is that a car, or am I mis remembering?) Would be good, but what about a luxury car, like a Bentley, or something unorthodox, like a Lamborghini gemera (misspelled probably), or ford deluxe coupe?
@@jwalster9412 Maybe if they added a limo version, though honestly something akin to a Humvee would be pretty wicked as well. There aren't really any military style armored vehicles so it would be kind of neat to see one.
I think that the Civetta Scintilla is based off of the Maserati MC20

The fastest I've gone in the Scintilla is 273mph with nos and the arcade style nitrous boost mod

I swear I always find the dumbest stuff funny "My beautiful NOS tanks where'd ya go?" almost ended me.
If you run it on the italy freeway which is is from airport to city that car gets stuck in to the railing and the wheels get jammed and when after a long time when they get off the wheels are fully jammed it can only go forwar this doesnt happen to any other car

@@jaydenscholten6164 with great difficulty lol. i done a lot of tuning and i did use nitrous obviously but the engine got damaged at the 591 mark due to overheating and it slows. it could definitly go faster if it had a better radiator. sometimes tho the engine does blow up if i do it wrong. i spent hours trying to beat 591 but i couldnt find anything else to do. i even got the smallest wheels i could before they blew up.
