At 90+ Atm's at 6+ Miles in the Mariana Trench, Even a Bomb the Size of the "Tzar Bomba" would not even cause a Ripple on the Surface. The Weight of the Water at that depth would Crush the Bomb. A bomb would need to be made of the Same Material as a Submersible to handle the Pressure. Even then the Blast and Shock wave would be push Down and Outwards toward the Sea Floor Not Up and Outwards.
