I purchased this saver from Zia savers. I noticed that the volume is a lot lower than my other savers even when I have it turned up too high. Sometimes you don't even hear when the saver turns on. I wonder if this is a defective model or do all the Saber sound like this?

Did you purchase the Neopixel/Xenopixel or RGB baselit saber? Usually the RGB saber is more defective in terms of sound and is used more for it's durability for dueling. If you have a Neopixel and it still sounds like this, your soundboard is probably damaged and needs repair.
It was the Neopixel/Xenopixel. That's was I thought. It was my favorite saber
Try holding it for one flash on the button you press and it will have mute option low voulme and high voulume
I tried turning it to the high volume setting and it's still did not sound good. I think this was defective
