Even if the skin was added into the English version, The skin itself is very very very very expensive and is basically a gamble as you pay money to spin and have a very low chance of winning, and if you do win then you only get a piece of it of which you need like 7 more pieces to unlock the skin.

As a piper main,i WANT that skin!i hope brawl stars makes a supercell make campaign for piper soon. The animations are janky, unpolished. The models inside the game are way too large, not in the lobby. The kill effects are also way too large and would cover the screen, also making the game laggier for low performance devices. The skins have way too many issues, but they have been getting better with the skins recently like picies piper.

But don't be sad, Chinese versions of games are always a cash grab and extremely pay to win. From what I know, these skins can only be unlocked from a gacha that uses gems and have a very low chance.
They don’t have crates anymore
