Yea, definitely. Choose a software- either photoshop or illustrator (You can google it which ones better for pixel art) Then first watch a complete tutorial of the software and then watch and do all video tutorials of pixel art.

Bro university kuch nahi sikhayegi tumhe, wo sirf name k liye karo. 4 saal ki degree hai, if mai app k jagha hota toh mai yeh karta: 1st year - develop skills. Graphics k related jitne softwares hai sab sikh lo 2nd year - jo jo softwares sikhe hai unpe new projects banao and kud ka portfolio create karo. + Work on your english speaking skills (if needed) 3rd year - Upwork/fiverr pe account banao and clients ko jo jo projects chahiye ekdam cheap mai bana k do... If possible free mai kam karo unke liye. Isse tumhari skill aur bhi bohot develop hogi and dheere dheere reviews bhi ane lagenge. thodi bohot income bhi start ho jayegi. 4th year - 1 saal clients k saath work karke bohot reviews baad jayenge tab fir 4th year mai apna rate badha do, and high paying clients lena start kar do. uske baad ya toh freelancing continue rakho ya fir freelancing part time karke ek job karlo.
