Is it possible to transfer it or copy the design to another existing project?
Yes. You can duplicate an entire template but not just a subset or set of components from one app to another app.
Im Looking to build this! what is the best plan to start off with on glide if im looking to start off building this!
You can start building with the free plan which offers 500 rows. Then the Pro plan is the minimum I recommend to go live.

Can everyone upgrade into your example course with a fake c card like you showed?
Yes, if you’re using an unmodified copy of my template because it comes connected to my sandbox PayHere account.
Just a dump question since I'm a newbie. How can I upload your template to my glide app account? Do I need to upgrade my glide account to paid version first?
Hi. Glide templates are not uploaded. Currently, they can only be manually transferred from one Glide team to another. If you purchase any template, you'll need to invite the owner of the template to your Glide team so they can transfer it to your team.
