charles carl where I come from, kids wrestle competitively in school. Bar fights are finished much easier for a wrestler than a pugilist. Pugilists leave their legs exposed, the wrestlers shoot and just merc them on the ground. Boxing is a VERY limited set of rules, and the way it is fought in competition is not applicable for weak people or women in self defense situations.

Thus is Connors first boxing fight, he lasted 10 rounds with someone that's 50-0. When he fights anyone in the ufc he wins. Boxing is a mindful sport where you look for opportunities, mayweather is the best in the world for stopping opportunities and pouncing when opponent gets winded. It's like being a checkers champion, then playing one match against the world's best chess player. At the end of the day, Connor won 4/9 rounds against the world's best.
