  • Not only is he a chef, but he is also an engineer as well. Nature friendly as well. No trees were harmed during this smoker "build". Guessing they don't have wildcats where you are cooking? Damn, nice touch with the sticks of butter and fresh lemon juice. The cheesy potato rounds just kicked this up a notch, holy crap. Awesome.
