  • Some tips: Keep lipbalm in your pencil case to reapply during the day For very oily skin. Bring blotting paper to remove excess oil in the t-zone if necessary But a little bit of hairspray over your hairdo in the morning to prevent it from getting loose Wear comfortable underwear, nothing is more annoying that a bra that’s to tight or pants that get stuck. Prepare your outfit the night before and check if the underwear is showing through unintentionally… Do this to avoid stress in the morning and having to improvise Make sure to air out your shoes and if possible switch between different pairs during the week If you shower at night wash your armpits in the sink using a gentle soap bar and a wash cloth. Make sure to apply deodorant/ antiperspirant to well dried underarms as it might be less effective if they are still damp. Check your clothing for materials that make you sweat more or smelly easier and try to avoid them especially on long school days. Bring a waterbottle to school to stay hydrated.

    • Bro, my school conducts assembly everyday morning and the assembly hall has no fans and the school management don't even turn on the AC and my hair gets messed up due to sweating excessively before the class even starts... And my skin becomes dull too.. in home, I look like I could be a deadass celebrity but in school I look like a homeless person...

  • cool showers actually make you feel warmer! i’ve seen that hot showers make me feel cold because of the steamy water making the bathroom humid. once you leave, there is no shower air and your body temp lowers! edit: this was only 3 weeks ago?

  • One thing i really suggest if you get oily easily and/or wear makeup is SETTING POWDER!!!!! Get a good pressed powder and a fluffy brush (i use the essence all about matte pressed powder and a cheap fluffy brush) I use VERY LITTLE throughout the day so I can have a satin or soft matte look. You can bring it with you in your pencil bag or in your pocket and just lightly dust a small amount on your oily spots and voila you've beat school air!

  • just a rec, the laroche posay sunscreen is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, my mom thinks it even helped to hide my sun spots more and blended my sun spots to my skintone more, but the one in the vid is the shiny one so ur face looks oily, get the matte no shine one and it’s so so so so so perfect!

    • I actually did a whole entire school thing in like 7th grade about which sunscreen brand works the best and Aveeno was the winner! Then Neutrogena, then La roche posay. But use whatever suits you best!

  • As a student That going to a strict school, we are not allowed to bring any makeups, and we only can put our hair in a ponytail. We also not allowed to bring chapstick 😅 and it is really hard for me to keep looking fresh.

    • You could do things the night before you go to school! A lip mask and face mask the day before can leave your skin looking hydrated. You could do heatless curls while you sleep which look great in a ponytail. You could wear small accessories if possible if not just make sure your clothes are straight and neat. Wear perfume before you go to school, make sure you display a confident demeanor, and keep your neck held high. Hope this helps! :)

  • ok! i love these videos because they let me be super creative (well… as creative as i can get) with going around school uniforms! 1. pins!! putting cute pins on your school uniform is usually not specified in dress codes and you can get super creative with them! 2. clear mascara! + curling your lashes a cute boost to enhance your natural eyelashes without being too dramatic as so to avoid attention from teachers! 3. BANDAIDS. a super underrated form of spazzing up your uniform!!!! try to find cute patterns because they’re adorable!! i personally use sanrio themed bandages because i love cute thingsss!!! ok those were just the things she didn’t mention!! ily all wishing you the best in your self care journey!!!

    • @@JaveMolina-dm7fk hi!! i got mine from stationery pal because they were generally cheap and affordable! with branded products from japan it’s very hard to get bargains like that… I would avoid fast fashion websites such as shein or temu though because the adherence is kind of gross and not suitable for every day life.

I also keep my hair clean and hydrated, and I moisturize it regularly. I wear black and white clothes every day and choose cute shoes to go with them. I also wear makeup every day, which makes me feel confident and beautiful. I make sure to drink enough water and keep my diet balanced, which has improved my overall health and well-being.
