I mean when i was at school (i didnt even have suhoor) My friend wasn’t fasting and she was drinking water in my face for a week and i didnt even feel anything Alhamdulilah Btw Love ur videos they are sooo nice i love watching them anytime i get

people get hungry when their stomach is empty, it usually gets smaller - causing “hunger pangs” or the feeling of being hungry. your blood sugar levels get smaller, and your stomach makes “ghrelin”, a little thing that makes you want to eat. now, thirst is normally just your brain’s way of warning that you are dehydrated because you aren’t drinking enough water. now to answer your question, a person needs ghrelin in their body to make sure their body is working proper. as ghrelin is very important, not being hungry and having this ghrelin may cause people to have less appetite like you. reasons for not being thirsty… many people like this have conditions like diabetes, physical exhaustion, and mental disorders prevent them from feeling thirsty when their bodies needs water. you could have a condition or be ill or something, or have a fast metabolism. tell your parents about this. UNLESS you feel hungry outside of ramadan and feel normal. then it’s probably just allah’s mercy of making you not hungry. or of course you’re eating a LOT for iftar and before bed that helps you to not feel hungry. also one question, how long are you fasting for? it’s different in every country. some countries like mine were fasting for maybe around 16-17 hours?? some people were fasting for like… 20 hours! perhaps you were fasting for only 12 hours or something small and took naps and did not have to do much hard work (since youre little and don’t have to waste energy on hard work that makes you hungry and tired). let me know! sorry it’s SUPER long……… had a lot to say lol.. ..also maybe delete your comment later onwards since sharing your age online isn’t always a good idea.
