This White House official on Friday squarely blamed Russia and China for using their veto power to oppose the American resolution on Gaza. John Kirby said that the American resolution had called for a ceasefire.
However, Guyana's ambassador to the United Nations, Carolyn Rodrigues-Birkett, has now busted that lie saying that resolution never talked about ceasefire.
