I feel like it's because she is treated as if she is lead/sub vocalist in some title tracks
she has less of a presence in title tracks until recently so people who don't look deep just assume she doesn't get lines. she's underutilized but she does have lines as a whole
She just goes unnoticed a lot of the times. Very few lines in title tracks and even then sometimes the MV will show a different person during her lines. She is also one of the most underrated members so I guess that’s why her fans are being loud about the line situation. Happily we can still appreciate her voice in the B-sides :)
Dayoung now has 1462.3 while Seola has 1419.7 (adding the subunits). Soobin now has 1449.4 being the third with the most lines. Now Dayoung is the second with the most lines surpassing Dawon. VOCAL LINE: 1. Yeonjung: 1863 2. Dayoung: 1462.3 3. Soobin: 1449.4 4. Seola: 1419.7 5. Dawon: 1391.2
Why is Main Vocalist Soobin fighting Lead Vocalists Dayoung and Seola? 😢 She must really be underutilized in b-sides while Dawon has been underutilized in title tracks... this reminds me of Lovelyz with how Lead Vocalist Sujeong often gets more lines than Baby Soul who is a Main Vocalist... sometimes more than Jin and Kei depending on the song even... Really making me question the point of these titles in the first place. Sometimes the Lead Vocal will even get the most challenging parts too so it's really inconsistent.
Soobin deserves a higher rank
Main vocalist doesn’t necessarily mean u get the most lines especially when there’s 3 of them. But she has a great voice and her parts are memorable
Tbh for lovelyz I think sujeong should be main vocal not lead it kinda undervalued for her to be lead , They should’ve four mains

Actually sujeong has more lines than jin and baby soul in total by a lot which is wtf, so I mean wjsn is at least better with them having the same amount and not the lead vocalist just dominating the lines but still soobin and dawon need a lot more while seola and dayoung need to get a lot less lines and so does yeonjung so she can come in a level with dawon and dayoung
1st.Yeonjung(true main vocalist :D) 2nd.Race of Dawon,Dayoung,Soobin and Seola(big race between the 4 vocal-lines) 3rd.Exy (so much line for a main rapper :D) 4th.Race of Bona and Luda(little race) 5th.Race of Yeoreum and Eunseo(another little race) 6th.Race of Xuan Yi,Mei Qi and Cheng Xiao(race between C-lines,hope they will be back soon)
I feel like I am failing to comprehend some of this information. So even though is seem like Seola always has more lines than the rest of vocal line, apart from Yeonjung, she has less than Dawon and it was only their recent album that made her edge out Soobin and Dayoung?! Also, their was time when Dawon and Soobin and Dayoung were consistnly in the top three?!

I’m actually super shocked about Soobin, I had no idea she got so many lines. I actually thought she’d be in the bottom 4 for some reason. I also thought Bona would have a little bit more lines too.

Say it with me, IN THE TITLE TRACKS. Which for her also translates to minimal screen time in the music videos. So let us complain in peace because she’s finally getting her shine in the TITLE TRACKS.
@@christian2747 well I mean that’s the trade off to make it fair, she gets a ton of lines in besides compared to other members except yeonjung while others get a ton is the music video, if she Got more in both title tracks and bsides then she would be leading even more above soobin, Seola and dayoung

Dawon’s fans have been fighting for her to get better treatment in the title tracks and we’re finally seeing the fruits of our labor.
