❤ such a classic look & so pretty. Enhances natural beauty, and what a beautiful face ! (even without any makeup💕) In the 90s we used our fingers/hands to apply liquid makeup & though I don't use it much (mostly concealer & some cream blush now) it felt very weird not using my hands with makeup - Since it's how we apply face cream/serum/spf & other products, our fingers know the contours of our face very well. *if using anything around eyes, don't use your most "active" fingers- use your pinky or ring finger as these aren't used as much as the other fingers (like the pointer) & more gentle for the sensitive skin around the eyes❤

The best way to avoid that is to hydrate hydrate HYDRATE and moisturize TF out of your skin first and if your concealer is drying your skin out, switch to a "hydrating concealer". For me, even though I have "dry skin", so called hydrating concealers look yuck on me and just seem...idk...oily and too wet looking.

Use a tiny bit of cream concealer, blend with your fingers, then use setting spray, then a tiny bit of loose translucent powder (by terry is the best) then setting spray again.

(even without any makeup💕) In the 90s we used our fingers/hands to apply liquid makeup & though I don't use it much (mostly concealer & some cream blush now) it felt very weird not using my hands with makeup - Since it's how we apply face cream/serum/spf & other products, our fingers know the contours of our face very well. *if using anything around eyes, don't use your most "active" fingers- use your pinky or ring finger as these aren't used as much as the other fingers (like the pointer) & more gentle for the sensitive skin around the eyes❤
The haus labs triclone foundation is sooo skinlike and you cant feel it at all when you use your hands to blend it

For some reason i cant seem to apply concealer right, its never seamless and i always end up with “dry patches”… would anyone have tips to get rid of that?
How are you applying? With brush or blender or fingers? Do you use lotion or primer first?
The best way to avoid that is to hydrate hydrate HYDRATE and moisturize TF out of your skin first and if your concealer is drying your skin out, switch to a "hydrating concealer". For me, even though I have "dry skin", so called hydrating concealers look yuck on me and just seem...idk...oily and too wet looking.
People also suggest misting your face a couple times to allow it to blend better.
@@SolidSiren I use a serum concealer because i thought it would be hydrating or better but it doesn’t seem to. But I’ll try moisturizing a lot, thanks!
Use a tiny bit of cream concealer, blend with your fingers, then use setting spray, then a tiny bit of loose translucent powder (by terry is the best) then setting spray again.

You look gorgeous 😍😍 and yes, I highly recommend blending your foundation or concealer with your fingers!! I have a vitiligo spot on my forehead and using my fingers to blend my foundation with the color of my skin helps with a natural look + coverage !!

Hey Jess I love your channel. Learning so much! Question: how can I keep my upper lid tight line from settling into the inner corners of my eyes? I don’t apply that much and I use Anastasia waterproof eyeliner and I don’t line to the inner corners. 😳 not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Yesss! These are the best! Some people are so insecure about their epicanthic folds and I have learned to enhance them and use as more skin for a POP of shimmer. I’m a comepletely white person with naturally blonde hair too. Not sure how I inherited them 🤷🏼♀️

I learned the using your finger for foundation tip from Wayne Goss. Using the right brushes for me feels like figuring out the “correct” fork/spoon to use lol
I agree fingers help me blend and pat it in way better I also use the right amount when I put it on my fingers and dap it in the spots
