Thank you for all these exemples. With these knowledge i can make a lot of repairing
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you, very useful tips with things at home. Great when you're in a hurry or for an even elderly woman on their own .
Hello! I am very happy to read your comment. Have a good day!
It was very informative and useful, thank you dear ❤

You did not just risked yourself and taught kids to risk themselves getting electrocuted to smithereens to save $2 bucks ? Dude.
I think it's quite simple
Yeah it's simple... you disconnect the power before doing any work on mains powered equipment.
For number 2 use a few toothpicks and a bit of wood glue or even simple white glue.
I agree...toothpicks are a zillion time faster n easier than all those steps!
Hello! thanks for your recommendation. Wish you all the best!
Saw-dust mixed with woodglue using a dowel or toothpick. Keep your saw dust and wood-chips for these repairs.
*I use UV cure glue and clear food wrap and stuff it in the hole. Light it up with UV flashlight for 5 seconds and its ready for screws.*
Thanks, thats 6 mins I'll never get back.
Thank you! Cheers!
That sounds interesting! What's the purpose of pouring glue on aluminum foil? Is it to create a new super adhesive or just to test the glue's features?
Pour glue on the aluminum foil to create a bond and make it more sturdy
Un led menos recarga los otros. Pronto se quemara la bombilla.
Pues yo he arreglado varias hace meses y siguen funcionando.
@@maricarmenjordantorrent7575I'll bet they haven't caused a fire either... yet. LEDs are meant to last a very long time, so there's a good chance there's a fault in the circuitry, then you add 10% more voltage to each led. If they cause a fire and the modification is discovered, your insurance claim will be refused.
Most of them get refused anyways these days the thieving tapeworm son's of bitches!
Excellent examples and demonstrations. Very usefull thank you

Hola. Saludos desde Medellín-colombia. Muy interesante los videos. Se aprenden muchos trucos.
Glad it helped!
Great hacks except for #4 which is downright dangerous.
Hello! thanks for your comment. Wish you all the best!
You mean you don't do electrical work on stuff that's plugged into an active source? What could possibly go wrong? 😅
The voltage and current at the LED terminals won't possibly harm you as they are downsized by the circuitry. Of course, any electric work is inherently dangerous and a warning was appropriate.
I like this no. 4th to try
@@gopalakrishnanmsYou willing to bet your life on that? First, they're wired in series.10 LEDs equals about 35V. The current is enough to kill you... takes hardly any. More to the point, we don't know why the unit failed. Maybe the voltage is too high. Lastly, as I said, they're wired in series. The foil bridge has little resistance, which means the voltage for 10 is now divided between 9 LEDs. They'll run hotter. If they cause a fire and that modification is discovered, your insurance claim will be refused. You could kill yourself or worse, someone else.
This is someone who loves AU foil!
I think anyone would love gold foil. Alum8nium is Al.
You forgot to mention that the LEDs inside the lamp is at HIGH mains voltage (depending on lamp design) since there uis no galvanic isolation and pose a SERIOUS risk should you inadvertantly touch any of the components on the PCB. Do not try this at home!
And as the resistance is lower now, all the other led's will went wrong quickly.
Hello! thanks for your comment. Wish you all the best!

Better way to do #2, just fill the existing hole with superglue, let it sit overnight & screw the hinge back in place. The fiberboard will absorb some of the superglue, the rest will harden in place, and you'll have a small dimple in the center where the screw goes. For hardwood doors, use superglue or wood glue and a toothpick or small diameter dowel.
Hello! thanks for your comment. Wish you all the best!
wood glue + sawdust 👍 = best
"use superglue or wood glue and a toothpick or small diameter dowel" .....and go the added effort of centering the holes. That hinge isn't going to re-install properly.
Thanks you😊
#2 was crooked due to poor alignment. I would rather follow your advise, than videos as holes are not enlarged and easier to aim at
That LED isn't going to last without the proper ohms
Hello! thanks for your comment. Wish you all the best!

I see... the aluminum foil with the super glue helps you put your hinge on crooked. Nice!
Thanks so much for watching our video. Wish you all the best
On #2, you could have just stuck toothpicks in the original holes and screwed everything back in place. The screws create new threads in the toothpick as you screw it down. Much easier than what was shown here.
Hello! thanks for your recommendation. Wish you all the best!

Hello! Welcome to Creation Holic channel. I am very happy to read your comment. Have a good day!
Some interesting ideas. I’m not sure I’d take the time to deal with an LED bulb like that though. It was still a “shaky” lightbulb. That would drive me crazy.
I understand your concern! Make sure you have safety equipment in place before doing so

Also great for cleaning bbq grill, reflecting/directing wifi signal, and emergency auto fuses (good excuse to always have gum in your car.
That's a great idea!
Do not solely rely on the switch before starting to remove the LED. Most of the switches cut the current on one line, therefore if you connect the switched line to Neutral (you have 50% of chance) then the live line will not be interrupted and you may get a shock when you touch the burned LED (depending on the position of the LED on the LED string, especially if it's close to the high voltage side) with a conductive tool. Totally unplugging the system from the mains is the best choice.

Boas dicas, vlw! Mas no primeiro caso, dos parafusos na madeira, dá menos trabalho e tbm fica bem preso, encher o buraco com palitos de dente ou de fósforo, e voltar com os parafusos originais...
Hello! thanks for your recommendation. Wish you all the best!
Since you had a soldering iron as in #6, why didn't you just use that to fix that LED bulb? A single drop of solder bridging the pads for that bad LED is all it would need. However gluing a piece of foil over them will result in a poor mechanical connection when the board heats up, and possibly even a high-resistance connection that will heat up and possibly start a fire. Use the right tools and methods for the job.
I want to give more measures to people who don't have a soldering iron

I clean my aluminum foil with aluminum foil so I can reuse it. When the aluminum foil i use to clean the other aluminum foil gets dirty i take another piece of aluminum foil & use it to clean the aluminum foil that i use to clean the aluminum foil so i can use it again.😊
That's such a great idea
"Wow, this video blew my mind! Using aluminum foil and super glue to fix various items is such a genius idea. I never thought these everyday materials could be so versatile. Can't wait to try out these hacks myself!"

If you wish to clean Silver Jewlery or Silver plated utensils, put Aluminium foil in a basin, pour in hot water that has Sodium Bicarbonate dissolved in it & then put the Silver objects in so they touch the Aluminium. Wow! they clean immediately as they touch the foil.
Cleaning silver, gold, with Toothbrush and toothpaste. Top 👍👍

If the switch at 3:00 min is SPST, you should be at danger... It should be DPST switch. Or you have to disconnect the plug from the main socket.

I'd use a wooden dowel or wood shavings & wood glue let dry then screw the hinge in for number 2. The led light trembling and flickering like that is not something I care to have in the house, it would make me batty. Cool other wise, thanks

That loose illumination LED didn't necessarily need to be removed. A quick dab on either side with a drop of new solder would have gave it new life, if it was loose due to insufficient solder.
