For any bored coder, I've found the mechanics of this game. In each round the player starts with 200 points. There are two different gamemodes, this is the first, the randomizer. I'd like to call this game "Pixel Clash" The randomizer gamemode is turn based, and is consisted of mini rounds throughout the round. Each mini round the other player starts the round, for example, if Charlie started the first mini round and wibur went second, then in the second mini round wilbur would go first. (This part is included just so that it could be played as an actual game) Each mini round there is a bar of text at the top, which chooses between 4 different styles randomly. (Now back on to actual mechanics) The first style is defense match, where first the player who started the mini round must choose an item, the second player then must choose an item that matches the first item. If the item is an exact the defensive match, the first player loses 10 points. If the second item is within 5 defensive points of the first item, then neither of the players lose any points. If the second item is more then 5 points different than the first item, then the second player loses 10 points. Next up is attack. The attack is exactly the same, except that instead of the players losing points they gain points. For example, if the second player gets an exact match, they would gain 10 points rather than the first player lose 10 points. Next is battle round, which is where the attack points take away from the defense points, and whoever has the least defense points win. For example, player a puts down an item with 5 attack and 2 defense, and player b puts down an item with 5 defense and 3 attack. Player a's 5 attack damge puts player b at 0 defense, but player b's 3 attack puts player a at -1 defense. In this example player b wins. The player who wins gains 10 points and the player who loses loses 10. If the defense points are the same at the end of the round than neither player gains any points. Finally is the item match, where the second player must exactly match the item of the first player. This is very difficult to do, and as such this round only happens if a player is at 10 points, and only has a 25% chance of happening when they are. It can also happen at the start of a round as well. There is also an action card that is obtainable by winning one of these rounds, and allows for the player to trigger an exact match round at any time. This card can be held onto across rounds, so it does not have to be used in the round you gain it in. If the second player can match the item exactly then they get 30 points, but if they can't they lose 30. Now onto the second gamemode, the item battle. The item battle is where most of this games fun comes in. Each player when they first get the game comes with the default items, which are 5 different types of flowers. The more experience and coins you get from winning rounds, the more item chest you can buy, which depending on chest rarity can give you a plethora of different items. In this game mode the items have different skills assigned to them, and will work better in certain situations. This is similar to the mini round "battle" but in this case you can use more than 1 item. Item allingment is the most important thing in this game mode as its what determines how the items will effect you. At the start of each round you have 1000hp, and whichever player reaches 0hp first loses. Items placed in certain positions can be evolved into a mega item, which takes up more slots but also has great perks. As well as this there are certain handicaps you can place on yourself for xp and gold multipliers. For example the "All natural" handicap means you can only use nature items, but you receive a 1.5x bonus, and the "vegan" handicap, which is similar to the all natural but it excludes meat items, and gives you a 2x bonus. An example of how attacks work: charlie places down a melon on the middle row on the 3rd column from the left. The melonc attacks with seed and launches 2 of them flying in semi circles opposite of each other. Melons can only be placed in the middle column. They can only hit the object that are in the exact opposite column from it. So in this case because the melon is on the 3rd row from the left, it can only attack items on the 3rd row from the right. Let's say wilbur had a wheat seed in the 3rd row from the right, and that each melon seed has an attack of 10, then since both melon seeds are hitting it, and the wheat seed only has a defense if 15, then the combination of the 2 melon seeds would do 20 damage, and once an item hits 0 defense it's killed. Because wheat seeds have 15 defense, then after the attack it would be at -5 defense, which would kill it. Now let's talk about blocking. When an item attacks, you can lock onto a target/multiple targets. It will fly over any attack objects that are in its way, and will only hit the target. If there is a defense item in its way however the attack will only hit the defense object and will not make it to the target. For example in the melon and wheat seed example I gave before, if in the 4th column in the bottom and top row there were defense items the melon seed would've hit the defense items and not the wheat seeds. I will now cover what the different item types are. A defense item is an item with a higher defense than attack, and an attack item is vise versa. There are also a few special types. There is the voodoo type, which allows for it to hold all of the defense of the items in its range, so that the only way to defeat those items is to attack it. This type is good in someways, but it's drawback is that if a really strong singular attack hits it, it could wipe out a large part of your items. There is also the healer type, which heals items in its range. There are also subtypes, mainly for attack and defense types. The first subtype I'll talk about is the subtype of attack, the piercer. This type of item can go through multiple items at once, including defense items. This is the only type of item thats attacks have defense. The piercers attacks will only stop once the attacks defense reaches 0. Another subtype of attack is the mage. The mage uses magic to leave an effect on enemies, such as poisoned, frozen, or burning. Now onto defense. The first subtype I'll talk about is less of a subtype, and more how players will use them. The decoy subtype is a defense item that has very little defense, but will stop non piercing attacks without wasting the defense of a stronger item. Piercing items are the biggest issue for this type of item. There is also the "terrifying" subtype, which is not incredibly powerful on its own, but incites fear into other items blocking certain attacks. The voodoo has one subtype, in which it takes on the attack power of all the items in its radius, rather then their defense. The healer also only has one subtype, where instead of healing the items in its radius, its boosts their attack power. Each battle won you gain 50 battle points,, but each battle lost you lose 50 battle points. There are different ranks in this game, which I will go over now: Wood I: 0-100 battle points. Wood II: 100-200 battle points. Wood III: 200-300 battle points. Stone I: 300-500 battle points. Stone II: 500-700 battle points. Stone III: 700-900 battle points. Coal I: 900-1200 battle points. Coal II: 1200-1500 battle points. Coal III: 1500-1800 battle points. Iron I: 1800-2400 battle points. Iron II: 2400-2800 battle points. Iron III: 2800-3200 battle points. Redstone I: 3200-3700 battle points. Redstone II: 3700-4200 battle points. Redstone III: 4200-4700 battle points. Gold I: 4700-5300 battle points. Gold II: 5300-5900 battle points Gold III: 5900-6500 battle points. Lapis I: 6500-7200 battle points. Lapis II: 7200-7900 battle points. Lapis III: 7900-8600 battle points. Diamond I: 8600-9400 battle points. Diamond II: 9400-10200 battle points. Diamond III: 10200-11000 battle points. Emerald I: 11000-11900 battle points. Emerald II: 11900-12800 battle points. Emerald III: 12800-13700 battle points. Netherite I: 13700-14700 battle points. Netherite II: 14700-15700 battle points. Netherite III: 15700-16700 battle points. Bronze: 16700+ battle points. I know it may seem weird to have bronze as the top rank, but I was going along with Charlie's joke. Also, for anyone wondering, you would need 334 more wins than losses to get bronze rank.

If he started with a strong defense instead of going straight with the “seed spear” tactic he could’ve risked the “judge bug” when slime put down the meet since the chance of that attack landing would’ve doubled to 60% since there is a non-vegetation item on slime’s side.

8:23 Wow really I mean if you're playing the Nether deck it's really easy to beat a tool build. Charlie's |*Diamond Axes*| are susceptible to *Twisting Vines*, which pull them all into a row. Followed up with a |*Wither Rose*| (which rusts all tools in the row it's placed), all the Daxes would have rusted and Wilbur would have had a clean win. No wonder these amateurs are still in Bronze if they can't identify a strategy that simple.
rules of the game: In the chest you have to put in a core in the middle back row. the furthest back row is the defense and the two rows in the front are attack. You can use different combinations of items to get a better defense / attack. Once someone has grown the strongest defense and attack positions they can use the door frame technique which gives you the other person's core giving you the win. your hand can be themed too like Wilbur had the nether and vegan themes and Charlie had the meat and diamond axes. if you lose your core you lose the game. the items that are harder to get in the actual game of minecraft are better for you in this. Im surprised I picked all of that up watching this.....

Oh man not that profile picture-- IMPORTANT EDIT: I AM IN NO WAY ATTACKING ANYONE FOR THEIR PROFILE PICTURE. I do not mean anything wrong by commenting what I had said. My intentions were to reference Ranboo's lore streams and character arc on the Dream SMP. There is a story behind the image of the signature Dream smiley face wearing the crown(Ranboo's crown, in fact). I didn't just say what I did to make fun of them and it doesn't even have to do with supporting Dream or anything. Dream is a great content creator and I actually do enjoy his content. All I had wanted to do was to maybe get a small chuckle from the person with this profile picture, since they'd understand my reply. I apologize for the confusion from the way I worded things. I just assumed that everyone understood me and that other replies could fill in for me. However, I should've explained the joke below, since not everyone is a Ranboo fan and I should respect that they would mistake what I mean. I hope this clears things up a bit though.

Yeah making up a game on the fly doesn't work when any side wants to win. it can only work when you both want to have fun, then you don't care about who wins. And no one will "cheat" or try to destroy you because when you win, the game is over and so is the fun. Also winning in a made up game is completely pointless, Charlie had no idea he even won, that one time, wilbur said so.

True, a vegan deck has very good defense in the late game, but unless you can defend for enough turns to evolve your seeds to maximise defense it's risky, considering how weak seeds and plants are at their base level. If you're not experienced enough to defend against offense-based decks, using a farmer deck is favourable.

This game is legendary, as soon as somebody places something, the opponent is shocked and then proceeds to be all cocky talking about how their attack is gonna beat their opponents attack.
