Iran grow up fast because of world's necessities of commodities, especially petroleum. It's currency is worth more and then the quick appearance in the list. Now it is to know if they will stay there...
The IR of Iran doesn't only have nor depend itself on Oil and gaz but rather has widespread industry and manfucturing (2 million cars produced in Iran by iranian companies for exemple) and of course its natural ressources helps it a lot even with the hardest sanctions since 44 years , these estimates are also from the IMF and UN and you can be sure they re true cuz the PPP GDP which also shows the GDP compared to the local purchase power independantly from Dollar (unlike the World Bank) which is 1.5 T$ for Iran and shows clearly they re auto sufficient cuz they have lots kf sanctions and low value currency so from where would the purchasing power come if not from vast local manufacturing? Good riddance my friend.
