    • He used a Sony HDR-CX900 and a GoPro Hero 3, it's in the description :-)... But the equipments is always just as good as the operator :-)... So get to know a camera before using it... I personally prefer DSLR cameras for filming, but it takes some time to learn how to use them. Even iPhones can capture great shots nowadays, if somebody really knows how to film with them...

  • Remember that most people canter or gallop their horses for only a few minutes at a time. 2 minutes at a gallop is quite enough for most horses, and would ordinarily be interspersed with walking/trotting. Folks see films like this and don't realize this horse is very fit and in excellent condition. It takes weeks and months of trotting and slow-cantering work to build a horse up to the level where they can gallop for more than a minute or two.

  • I'm so glad you included the sound of thundering hoofbeats. Very few other sounds can get my heart rate up like that of a galloping horse. There are other cool horse vids out there, but the videographer doesn't include that sound w/ the music they use. This vid has it all, a gorgeous horse (so good to see an Appy!), excellent song, hoofbeats, and beautiful images. 👌👍🐴😊. So damn cool. Thank you for sharing 😊👌🤗.

  • I have to admit, one of the most beautiful and magnificent videos I have ever seen! Horses are incredible and to see one gallop on (let alone ride one) KZhead is absolutely breathtaking! I can do a pretty good canter myself, and im one of the better jumpers in my lessons, but I would love to learn to gallop one day!

  • Hallo Pascal, what a wonderful video, always showing details before giving the full object: boots moving towards the viewer, a horse´s back and one eye, hooves and a female caressing hand, preparations for a ride and a loving hand at the horse´s mouth etc. etc - until we finally see the (from the back!) the girl gallopping into the picture - and leaving it again. Many hooves, parts of a helmet camera filmed gallop - everything impressive. Then there is plenty of wild action - until we see the beauty of the horse and his attractive rider at 1:30. And only then you disclose at 1:39 (no feet or rider´s head!) her perfect riding style: excellent seat and perfect balance, soft hands and effective legs - she is the best rider for that horse full of fire and power. And I love the bit, which you include after an amazing galop (2:01), when you catch the horse´s belly and the rider´s feet jumping over the camera forth and back - to a perfect landing (2:04) to galop off riding "no hands". You, Pascal, made a great video - but it became so good, because you selected excellent actors: Mickey was a wonderful horse, galloping permanently with full power like an impressive race horse. And Elisa Biasi was the best possible rider, excellent in her riding style, a very attractive girl, eyecatching fascinating. Mickey contributed the massive beast, Elisa the harmony and beauty.
