Recipe 1:
vegetable oil for frying
Minced meat - 300 g
Fry for 5 minutes
Onion - 1 pc.
Fry with minced meat for 3 minutes
Garlic - 2 pcs
mix well
Tomatoes - 400 ml
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - pepper to taste
Paprika - 2 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Warm water - 1/2 cup
salt - tsp / olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Spaghetti - 250g
Cook until done
Recipe 2:
vegetable oil for frying
Minced meat - 500 g
Fry ground beef for 3 minutes
Onion - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 3 tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
mix well
Tomato slices - 400ml
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Heat water - 2 cups
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Spaghetti - 400g
Salt

  • Looks delicious! A tip for anyone who wants to: You don't need to put oil or olive oil in the pasta cooking water, because it works as a lubricant in the pasta and doesn't let the sauce stick as it should. For loose noodles, just stir with a fork every 1 minute during cooking, which won't give the starch time to stick.

  • I am Italian, we were weaned on pasta!!! I could eat it everyday.... My Grandma made homemade sauce, every Sunday, she simmered it all day... My Grandpa was in the basement making homemade noodle's, he would dry them on little rack's. My family would go over, every Sunday.... It was a tradition... I miss those special day's, it was a tradition, that I hold dear to my heart.... ❤❤❤...

  • Allways start with the onions in the pan, dry white wine insead of water, chop the tomatoes before putting them in the pan, reduce the liquid in the sauce. cook the spaghetti only in salted water, pour spoon or two with the spagetti water in the sauce, add tree cups of grated parmesan to the sauce, stir and finally, when about two minutes remain, add the spaghetti to the sauce and let it cook for the remaining 2 minutes….

  • You don’t need all that oil to fry meat. It will render fat as it cooks which keeps it from sticking. Use Non-stick spray if you must but you’re using a nonstick pan you don’t need anything.

  • For pasta sauce, you need to let the flavours infuse completely before serving. That means leaving it a day or even two before re-heating and serving. I've never tasted a good pasta sauce made minutes before serving.

    • Hilft damit Nudeln nicht zusammen kleben. Manche Kochen die zuerst und dann die Soße und wenn die Nudeln leicht abkühlen kleben die. Mit dem Öl darin kann man sie leichter auf die Teller verteilen
