His technique was so pure..can't forget that 13/14 season when aguero and negrado got injured he really stepped up and showed his class

Buying Bums like negredo bony and others to replace Dzeko was such a huge mistake. Almost a decade later Dzeko still doing it at a top tier team while those guys are no where to be found. Most underated ST in the last 15 years or so.
He is awesome player, perfect striker. Every time City need him, he stands for City. His technic is classic, just wow. I know every City fan miss him. Once a blue, always a blue. Vamos Dzeko.

Dzeko is so underrated, so many clutch goals so many memories.
I follow Džeko my whole life and, believe it or not, he was better everywhere else. Wolfsburg, Roma and now Inter. Those 3 versions are just perfect. In City he wasn't a regular starter all the time and he needs that to be his best. In City he was called a supersub, everywhere else he was a superstar(ter). He scored 4 against Tottenham and was left on the bench the very next game. He was not used to that type of management and it did not suit him.
Show respect for this Bosnian diamond 💎 because his goals are mostly from game, there is no goals from penalties and now is the same. If he scores he find right way to be be scorer from game. Just amazing and pure class💯💯🇧🇦

Haaland first touch isnt as good as this guy and not good on long range shooting..
He was immense one of the best technical footballer for his height and as for as my favorite goal of him can't forget that hat-trick vs Spurs specifically that second goal with header facing his own goal rather than opposition and still managed to place it at corner of net.
He also scored a 4th which was excellent on it's own.
..and next game Mancini put him on the bench. Very demoralising. Like they didn't want him to grow. Despite all circumstances he managed to show his class.
Incredible player and person. Almost a decade later still smashing it in Serie A... What a guy

Such a great striker, never understood why they sold him. Since their Bundesliga days, he was the only one who could keep up with Lewandowski. Unfortunately he went out of sight, out of mind by going to Italy. I would really hope he comes back to the PL some day, even at his current age he is still and outstanding striker.

Dzeko for a big man had so much quality composer and technical ability and not mention his heading ability and excellent finishing. I think he was one of best strikers if we are excluding Ronaldo of that generation.
@@pratikroy227 Yeah I agree with you 100%. For example, Dzeko went on and became first player ever to score 50+ goals in 3 major leagues (Germany, England, Italy) - even beating Ronaldo in that aspect. Ronaldo achieved that feat two years ago I think. Dzeko was and is still massive

we woulnd't have won our first league title if it wasn't for his goal against QPR which unfortunately has been massively overshadowed by the "aguerooooo" moment, atleast amongst the non-city fans
absolutely. his equalizer woke up the team and the fans!
Exactly that equalizer about 3 minutes to go was massive against QPR. I get it why Aguero will forever go down in our history to be the pioneer of our dominance with his winner that led to our fist league title but Dzeko came out clutch and the Aguero moment wouldn't have mattered if Dzeko header didn't go in before.
Fun fact: Micah Richards assisted both Sergio (King Kun) Aguero's first goal and Edin Dzeko's first goal XD

Roma got him for a steal. First full season at Roma he got a golden boot. I think he had 39 goals that season. Still playing at 37, amazing player and a loss for City to let him go. I think he wanted to leave because he was more on the bench then he wanted. One of the most underrated players.
Edin Zeko is now in Fenerbahce, he is 37 but he has been playing for 2 more years. He is a great football player and a goal machine and a real leader.

Bonie was overrated because he was Latino and they thought he had better skills but that's not true. Bony didn't show any performance there. It's a shame.
