I love this video, would you consider doing like a "self care" sort of video. Like work out routine, spiritual, skin care, etc. just the things you do to take care of your mind, body, and soul. To me, at least, you have a very admirable way of keeping yourself content

I absolutely agree about taking before and after pictures to motivate me. Sometimes I text the before to my sister across the country so I'm accountable to stay on it! Also when I was young waaaaay before KZhead I hated doing dishes so I would pretend to be on a tv show talking to my "audience" just like you did! Love you Jess!
