There are many ways an Android phone, like the ones in the Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel series, can get a virus. It’s possible for your phone to become infected when you use a public charging station, as you never know who is on the other end of the cable. Keep an eye out for pop-ups asking you to trust a device or start a USB transfer.
Third-party app stores, mobile device management (MDM) apps and accounts, and links on sketchy websites can also give your Android a virus.
There are several signs your Android may have a virus. There could be an app you didn’t install. If you find one, delete it immediately.
Your Android might die fast, get very hot, or use more data than normal. Just keep in mind these could all be signs of a software problem.
📱Android battery tips: • 13 Android Battery Set...
People often mistake spam for a virus. If you see a pop-up on your Android saying something like “You Have A Virus”, your Android doesn’t actually have a virus. It’s a spam message designed to scare you into giving up your personal information. If you see a message like this in an app or web browser, it’s a good idea to clear your web browser’s history and website data.
One of the most common spam tactics these days is calendar spam. Calendar spam is an unsolicited message that appears in your Google or Samsung calendar as an event invitation. Those events can include harmful links, where a scammer tries to steal your personal information or infect your Android with malware.
To avoid Android viruses and keep your data safe, keep your phone up to date and regularly save backups. Turning on two-factor authentication will give your phone an extra layer of protection, too.
The surefire way to remove an Android virus is to factory reset your phone. This erases everything on your Android and restores it to factory defaults. Just make sure you have a backup first!

Great video. I got a message about my package being delayed because of a bad address. Without thinking I clicked on it and was about to put in my address when I thought I should check it out. Thankfully I didn't go any further but was still worried they may have installed malware or something. Thanks, I feel much better. I deleted everything that I didn't recognize. I don't really use my phone for business. I am elderly and still use my computer mostly. I do use my phone when I am traveling. I followed your video the best that I could.
This is brilliant and absolutely invaluable. You explained things very clearly and in 'normal speed' so even a non-tech peep like me can understand it! Thank you both very much.
Thank Yall for all the great help and tips, I'm going to try some of the things yall showed and talked about. Thank yall for actually giving a demonstration.
Thank you so much, guys. I found this one very helpful. I appreciate your great help. From now on, this will be my favorite Chanel

@@PayetteForwardThank you, I thought I had a virus on my Android bc I downloaded a app saying that it has virus and I deleted it just today, Went to phone security then it usually says that I have 3 virus on my phone, I scan then it says no risk found, did everything shown in this video, found no virus i guess it was a glitch. Was also very confused bc none of theses happened to me expect phone getting hot only when I charge but it's like not super hot it's a little hot, found no problem

Well what do I do if someone from home has muti phones coping your phone and then have remote access, there are many settings I can't change, and one main one is under special access, then the do not disturb about every new app or web page added is there and I can't change jt. And it has been factory and hard reset many many times, like weekly and the problem is always there....the phone company nor other internet companies that are connected on phones couldn't fix. And it doesn't show anything in admin but find my mobile ..
3 Apps I click on turn into lil light blue guy, says font server with tons of "other apps in this usage" when clicking on apps data usage. 😮😂
Does the android phone get infected without installing the software that is suspected of being a virus? (I mean if only the file is downloaded without installing it)? In general, any file with any extension can infect the mobile phone without installing it?
Yeah i want to know about it too 😔
No💀
My phone has a device policy app on it. What am I supposed to do?
What if my Samsung tab s8 is using a lot of ram can I have a vuris?

KZhead is not working right? It won't autoplay. My screen only works in certain spots. My apps keep stopping crashing
30%-40% I find gpay icon on my home screen highlighted when I unlock. This started with Android 12 on my Pixel 3. I only use gpay 1-2 times a month. It worries me but I've never had a bad charge. Wish I know why or how. Maybe wish Android 12 had not been pushed offered to my phone.
My android doesn't have device admin, special permisdions etc. At least not where you're showing it.
Thank you guys i just got rid of my virus...am glad
Thank you so much I have notifications from a app that I didn't install that doesn't have name and image then I deleted and my phone charge more faster 😅

Hello. Yesterday, I noticed that the sound on my iPhone 13 suddenly sounds worse and quieter. I thought it was a hardware problem, but it happens even when I connect my Airpods or any others headphones. I think it's a software problem. Can you guys help me and tell me how to solve this issue?
In my opinion, it depends on how old your phone is and how often you use it. Sometimes phones (and other electronic devices) behave strangely because they're old or they're being overused. If I were you, I'd try rebooting your phone (if you haven't done so already). If that doesn't work, try to visit an electronics store and ask an actual professional to help you. (Not trying to be rude- english isn't my native language, so I can sound weird sometimes.) Sorry if these advices don't help. I'm not an IT expert or anything, I'm just someone who happens to know some things about device security and how phones work. (from my personal experiences and by doing some research). Have a nice day. (I noticed your comment is 6 months old. I hope it's been solved by now!)
10:06 this is why my phone was so slow. Every single time i would use google, i didnt know it would make a tab that i have to delete since im on a phone not a computer. And when i opened the tabs, there were billions of tabs that i never closed.
Number 10 it was i was looking for the app i didn't install and the app had no name and no icon but when i was on a different app it keep sending messages to a adult website. So thank you

When I went to show all system apps I have an mdm and a mcm section. Is that supposed to be there. Or nahhh
What if my phone is on lock and i unlock it and am on some website that i know i did go to?
What you are talking about is so complicated (and it's not your fault but it is due to the chaos in the internet) that one must become an IT specialist besides the basic profession if one wants to be protected from spams and viruses on the smartphone...
My app icons have started duplicating. Can't figure out how to stop it or what it means. Can you illuminate? Scared to use my phone for anything sensitive now, but I must as it is my only device.
Al I can think of is that I downloaded what I think was a pdf about a campsite 9n a tribal reservation... Can you get a virus or malware via such a thing?
I cant deactive my outlook device policy I need help!

New phone for me, S21 Ulta and I checked all these things. The battery drains quickly, most days. I'm unsure how to adjust the sync rate, overall, let alone what the Operating system does in Samsung. When I turn off sync, battery charger mellows. Yet, the phone is still busy. There is Something running, just cannot figure out what or where. I liked my old Samsung better, allowed me control for only syncing once an hour. And the operation in the background was more user visible. Thanks for the video. 😊 Following along, I found some settings were changed. Seems after a few updates, that 2 or 3 things reactivated. Bad Samsung!
Bro this crazy
Bro my phone is hacked and the hacker can control my screen
Even my Roblox group has the sketchy links to websites to
I'm surprised this wasn't mentioned: if your phone says "Your bootloader is unlocked and the device cant be trusted" and you didn't explicitly unlock the bootloader that means you for sure have malware
And I can't get my storage to clear for nothing
Samsung Internet has almost 100GB Data-usage but I have no idea what I should do about this
Also Samsung Internet uses 150% Batterie but I use that app for everything, for watchting KZhead reading manga and more its the App I use the most so its hard for me to figure out where the Virus exactly comes from
Other thana that everything seems fine the "Virus" or whatever I have are whitee transparent lines on both sides of my screen and a Red box with an white ! Next to my camera sometimes the ! Disapears and when my lock screen is on none of them are on my screen
it's sad for those who use android cellphones or tablets, you only get security updates for 3 - 5 years on android phones and then you can't update anymore unlike iPhone even if you already have an iPhone. use for a decade, you still have security updates of one to three updates a year.
Good thing is, you can unlock your phone and switch os which still gets security updates
The pixel 8 will get up to seven years of updates but you kinda got a point
Your new

Ok Someone please help me, So I was looking up gacha life Videos On KZhead then this add for gacha Heat came up And I accidentally clicked it, Did my phone catch a virus? Also I clicked something on Reddit And then It sent me A Warning Saying that it was 18+ I got off of it but does it mean it gave me a virus as well? (I've been looking at the comments on this video and it seems I'm not the only one that's having trouble with KZhead ads.)
You're safe but you should get vanced 💀

4:01 that's a lie I never turn off unknown sources and nothing happens you're lying and won't admit it 11:58 that's not how to backup the real way to backup is to root your phone with magisk then install swift backup or migrate 13:14 that's not true again I used apps like taptap and f-droid and nothing happened and depending on what you use it for it maybe better than the play store 15:30 that's not how you factory reset the real way is to boot into recovery mode then do it. There's no wonder why I dislike every single video of yours and I have a good reason why.
