Jax and Sk aren't that much pros, but pros are usually very busy and don't have as much time and Clash knows Ash, KFC and NightOal very well and it is easier to organise and make time to film
Nobody cares about pro players. "How to buff and nerf cards so my xbow and log bait decks work" . Same shit decks for the past 3 years and everyone complains about it.

Not just small pushes, but badly timed pushes, too. Because if your opponent has time to spend 12 elixir on Mk and wiz, you probably didn't have the elixir advantage
Yeah mags knight isn’t that strong, he’s just hood at countering this meta. If he’s nerfed then it indirectly buffs some of the best cards in the meta like royal hogs and ebarbs
They are too easy to use. They are tricky to kill. They give way too much. etc.

I feel like everyone can deal with broken cards like ebarbs as long as there is monthly changes, because dealing with ebarbs for months upon months is completely not fun
then the only nerf they get works like 50% of the time

@@Synxclips Delete them. We shouldn't have any 1 elixir cards. Any card that is one elixir...if it does more than distract...then it's getting too much value. These 1 elixir cards have actual mechanics, they distract and they cycle your deck = they do too much! Delete them or make them 2 elixir.

Wizard and mega knight really are used 95% of mid ladder decks, I don't think they are broken but they are annoying... What I want is just the deletion of mother witch and e barbs, thanks

Nyteowl really is a man of the people, the 4000-5500 range is infested with MegaKnight and Wizard just like he said.
I hate this combo as much as the next person, but really there aren't that hard to deal with, if you use cluster splash. Recently got to 5900 trophies using cluster splash decks (any splash units and tornado)
E-Barbs need a slight nerf. It makes mid ladder harder
Their damage is way too much which is really annoying

Mega knights jump tile range needs to be nerfed so he is a more defensive card or his jump takes longer to power up, either one is a good nerf.
Mega knight isn’t really that good, he just counters the meta right now. If you need him you indirectly buff royal hogs, embarks, and fireball bait which are already some of the strongest cards
AS that would actually be a Buff cuz you wouldnt be able to actívate king tower with MK

I think mother witch needs a rework. Make her attack slower so she doesnt kill all the swarm to fast but buff her damage so she kills higher hp troops faster.

Night Owl Spittin facts. I only started to play at the start of last year, but when I first got to the 4000-5300 range, before the king tower same level thing and stuff, I was facing mega knight wizard literally every game as well, and my level 9 cards couldn't deal with those max level things, so I had to wait till my cards were higher, and then I could push further. Thanks heaps Ash btw for the brilliant content as well :)
Would like to see freeze changes to an attack slow+snare instead of a total stop. Something like 75% slower.
That would actually destroy the card. It’s good where it’s at, no need for change.
Freeze is in a good spot. Freeze is a card that does not fit into a lot of decks anyway.

The problem with Ebarbs is that it's one of the best counters to itself. This means that they are a self-reinforcing meta: the more they are used by your opponents, the less likely using it yourself will result in a matchup where it's just a dead card sitting in your hand (given that it's 6 elixir), making it better to also use Ebarbs yourself.

I make my deck to counter tough cards like mega knight or ballon. For mega knight just get a mini pekka, fisherman, knight, valkyrie etc. I don't see the problem,, e barbs seem the most broken
thats crazy, but you realize mega knight is balanced, if you have that same mindset, then you might as well nerf all the cards, because here is the problem you guys arent looking at, its because of the mismatch of card levels, y'all say this and that "wizard and mega knight needs a nerf" when in reality they don't, they are just overleveled, not saying MegaKnight is on the weak side, but it also isnt overpowered, just like wizard, you can basically kill a wizard with a fireball aith like a few hp left, think before you say something stupid lmao
I use the megaknight and cards like valk, knight, both pekkas, princes kill it on opposite side of the arena Using some other cards without letting him jump, like barbs, or even skarmy Pulling it into the king tower with fisherman or 1 elixer cards.. It also costs 7 elixir, so if I keep getting pressured to defend and waste elixir I can't really use it TL;DR if you're using squishy cards or your deck has no tank you'll be screwed to it Otherwise you'll be good against it

Well I don't think you necesarly want to have a card in the true form of "balanced". Imagine in a perfect world where the whole cards in the game were balanced. Then there would be no need for any more balance changes since they are all balanced. This would just make the game boring. OP cards are what make the game interesting and exciting from my pov. Not to mention, if everything was balanced, there would be no META.
It's been like that since a long time with Supercell. They will never change :(

We really do. He made me have to balls to play those very low elixir decks he did for fun.

More balance changes gave something to work towards,,, to get that strong card and max it out ( it has to make SC some $ too, just like when they release new OP cards). I know a lot of guys are max or near max, but it keeps the meta fresh too. Have to love that CCs have more content to share with us pertaining to the new changes and new meta decks. I'm not sure why SC is stagnanting the game, it's getting old but CoC is still going strong. Good vid
Cool to see this :) maybe discuss rank turbulence (season resets are mathematically unsound) unranked normal play and the possibility of ladder capped at 9? my 2 cents on this one - nerf mega knight, he’s ruinous in mid tier through about the top of it (5500 is where he starts to taper off - I know because I straddle 5300-6000). Cut the splash damage on jump especially. - slight buff on witch, you guys had that right, purple dmg - slight buff knight, mini pekka & lumberjack - dmg - death spawns on the fire tower - slight range buff on wizard - small dps nerf all around on < 4 elixir melee
Guys here is an idea for GiantSkeleton. Put 4 skeletons on his back just so he doesn't completely die off a skarmy and has a chance to make it to the tower.. Kinda like giant goblin but instead of spear goblins do skeletons on his back so it can be like he has 4-5 hands instead of 1 hit at a time...
or better yet, give him his bomb damage back and its good.

I'm guessing it was "too OP" but if you think about it, back then the death damage would take half of the tower even if he didn't get a hit on. And that's very OP.. It would also kill 14 Elixir Pushes.. and it is only a lvl 6 card bro.
I have a few ideas good ideas as well. Idea 1: Lower the elixir cost to five points. It's more balanced and efficient since Giant Skeleton's key flaw is targeting anything. Idea 2: Change Giant Skeleton to target buildings only, he'll actually be worth six elixir. If you want kill as many troops possible then just use Tornado or Clone. Idea 3: Remove Giant Skeleton's bomb and rework his barrel pack thing. Have it leak a trail of gun powder wherever he goes. Upon death, a fire ignites the trail, towards the barrel and explodes. Any buildings or troops survived within the radius will suffer the "smoke effect" They would be slowed and blinded for five seconds while walking passively into enemy attacks.

To your guy’s point on the mega knight... I’m sitting at 5800. I play mortar, dark pronce, skellies, Tesla, nado, log, spear goblins, and firecracker. I also use many many other decks, because I have that luxury due to having a bunch of level 12 cards instead of a couple decks with maxed cards. EVERY. SINGLE. MEGAKNIGHT. PLAYER. Without fail, does as you say with the megaknight. They drop it on whatever offense you have, and kill it. They also have a counter push with 2500 hp-ish. Nobody “uses megaknight wrong”, yet it’s still in 7/10 games. As well as wizard. And it may sound crazy, but different balance changes for different trophy ranges sounds like a blessing to the planet earth. Respect plus for showing some love to exi.
I love the bomber on the giant skeletons back idea and I don't think you would have to raise elixir cost if you replaced the death bomb with the bomber

Executioner has always been one of my favorites ever since his release, would really enjoy a buff for him, though maybe not on the same level as that time when he was a ranged valkyrie with double damage.
Easy buff for giant skeleton, make his movement quicker. Like just make his stride length longer. Don’t make the bomb a nuclear damage threat though.

You have to give it much more Hp and dmg per strike. I play the GS for 5 years and i play in higher ladder top 10k ww so you can be succesful but you lose to so many card in a 1v1

As a 5-6k trophy player, I always see wizard/witch and Mega Knight, so I added lightning to my deck, and I always have MK in my deck anyways.

I agree with night ,you can't just build decks to counter certain cards at every tier unless you pay to play so mid ladder nerfs are needed

As someone who has been using an Electro Giant deck recently, I actually think that the mini pekka is a really good counter to the E-Giant. I personally hate when I see it in the opponents deck. I very well could just be bad at the game though 😂
Nah u right. I use Mini PEKKA a lot and unless they Tornado or Lightning, it shreds the E-giant. For the price it definitely does pretty good. I just think they haven't played the card enough
Mini Pekka and Pekka are made counters though, so it's not you that's the problem, it's just that they're both very good counters.
I think giving the witch’s attack a poison status effect might help it out. And maybe adding a burning status to fire spirits and maybe wizard or baby d could change some of the viability while expanding the game. I don’t know how much damage should be done with it but I think adding more elements could only be good

2 elixir more, very low damage, and targets everything. Literally anything with high health can counter mega knight. Generally, the reason people complain about mega knight, wizard, witch, etc is because their decks are weak. Just counter it lmao

I agree with the Giant Skeleton buff. As a Giant Skeleton player, the fact that the death damage got nerfed so much that even when I use Giant Skeleton/Clone on defense will not kill E-Barbs/Pekka/MK, etc is very frustrating. What made Giant Skeleton great, besides his death damage is he is one of two Giants who moved at Medium speed (the other being Goblin Giant) which made him versatile for defense. Someone suggested giving him some splash damage, and I could see that with a slight nerf to damage output. Maybe? I actually love it when I see someone using MK. I found MK easily falls when I drop Dark Prince or Cannon Cart in the middle of my zone to make him jump there and have both Princess towers shooting.
Now that I think about it having these spread out updates it actually really cool. It allows the game to feel more consistent and removes the ability to play from meta to meta while watching the changes and it gives the player base a chance to react and adapt to the strong cards while making every update have more meaning. Also, I think that buffing everything would be exciting but would be bad for the game long term as it would create a power creep and that’s why Supercell is against it
We want wizard buff why would someone use wizard than magic archer or executioner? They are better paired up with nado exe has more health survives lightning magic archer deals splash and has vast range so wizard is nowhere in meta

I totally agree that mega knight is way too strong. Wizard I think is ok. But for a lot of people just playing a different deck is not an option because we don't have the resources to upgrade everything. The only thing I think it needs is to decrease the range of the jump so it needs to move in farther to start the charge. Also the bomber on the back of the giant skeleton is an awesome idea

You want the Wizard to be worse? It's already pretty bad
I think he meant to reduce its elixir cost from 5 to 4 but reduce its range
why would lightning target the lowest health stuff? then its useless. Its a fine card right now since it only targets three things.
Wizard's range should be 6.5
And the mini pekka buff plus e barbs being strong would kill giant when he is already weak in this meta.
Giant skele took me 3 years to max. It was my favorite card. I used him in a skele barrel clone deck, and now he's totally unusable. Unable to kill most 3 or 4 elixir cards with the bomb is just unusable.

It would.. splash damage from bomber and giant skelly had a buff to attack..... you'll only need arrows or zap for air & inferno

For the giant skeleton, what if his death bomb damage depends on which side of the river he’s on? Keep the small damage if it’s on your own side, but double damage if on the opponents

I'm glad that Mega Knight was brought up into the conversation. No one talks about the stupidity that is Mega Knight. I know it's not a broken card, but it definitely needs some nerf. It is the definition of no skill. Let's be real: it is not at all hard to use Mega Knight whatsoever. It completely plagues mid ladder. I kid you not, Mega Knight is used in over 50% of the decks I see in mid ladder (some days its different, but overall it is around that frequency). You'd think that running Pekka would be the easy solution, and it's not. Pekka is in a very rough spot in the meta, and just overall not great. If running Pekka was the simple solution, then clearly Mega Knight wouldn't be so problematic if that was the case (which it's not). It's so obnoxious because it is great on defense and offense. To be able to realistically defend a Mega Knight, you often have to spend more elixir than it costs to defend it properly. I think the best way to nerf the card is to nerf the HP. It stays alive way too long. Maybe like a 5%-10% hp nerf. That way you don't have the issue of putting down a mini tank to block it and prevent it from jumping only to have the Mega Knight live with a small amount of hp to jump to your tower and take a chunk of out it.
Fireball log at level 12 can't kill a level 13 witch so it just keeps getting extreme value against underleveled players

Should they revert the spell damage reduction? I was that dirty rocket poison log nado player. It got to the point to see how many spells I could use before it was too much, but it was the most fun I had playing the game. Buff Giant skelly- needs the heavy bomb, maybe not as strong, but very close to it. Nerf E Giant- the counter attack is too powerful and nerf HP

As soon as the giant sk. Spawns his Bomb should be on a timer. Like after 60 sec for example he and his bomb explode immediately
Gaint Skelton going straight to tower would be good but If the bomb killed all support cards I think it would be balanced because it wouldn't one shot tank and mini tanks
Maybe i have some preference because i've been playing mega knight for about 2 years now But i don't think nerfing the hardest counter to an elite barbs meta is the greatest solution
Controversial, they should add a “perma-frost” feature in the game, we have a “perma-stun” from zappies and other electric type decks. Having this feature would enhance and change the play of ice wizard and other cards that could be added, you could have that slowing effect increase in percentage depending on the number of cards or at this time ice wizards attacking. It could be interesting. Hope this makes sense (@CWA: Clash Royale)

I personally feel like nado needs a small nerf. I think they should make it similar to the royal delivery, where the sound comes first before nado actually comes out. This would make nado less effective on offense as it will be harder to react to it and it is less of a bandaid in any defense. This is also good flavour as you should hear the nado before it reaches you
There should be some kind of anti-air spell. Or an anti-air spell tower. Something to either block, kill, or redirect arrow, fireball, and rocket. Maybe even nado being able to manipulate the flight trajectory of air spells. Games shouldn't end with cycling those spells. At least make it interesting lol.
I always thought they should add something like a shield spell or protection spell. Maybe something called like light screen (from Pokémon) that has a freeze radius and negates all poison earthquake zap and arrows lightning and fireball damage rocket will break the screen and one called reflect that sends back logs the way they come, stops freeze, makes clone spell not work, makes tornado not work, makes rage slow down enemy troops by .75 %, stops rocket, send back barbarian barrel and stops death damage from things like balloon bomb, bomb tower bomb, giant skeleton bomb, negates lumberjacks rage bottle would be good agaisnt lumberjack balloon decks and could also stop drop damage from mega knight and royal delivery I think both should cost 4 or 5 elixir
at 5500 it seems like there is a lot of Wizard and Megaknight. both could be nerfed and it would be great
make fire spirits a 1 elixir card but spawn 2 instead of 3 while nerfing the damage a little bit and that would open up the option for furnace to get death spawn?
I've been playing on and off since day 1 and I gotta say as a lavahound player wizard is incredibly annoying

Supercell needs to see this but maybe freeze should be 3 elixir and reduced by 60%
If you buff witch dmg, I’d deacrease her skeletons to 2 per spawn instead of 4
I love Shanes logic, agree 100% we dont have to nerf in order to buff, we just just buff, see then nerf accordingly but dont nerf just to make a statement on how great this new buffed card is
Wizard ad megaknight are jack of all trades cards that are balanced because they arent good at everything just ok make them overleveled and a megaknight is a full beatdown push and wizard defends literally anything i dont think they need a nerf i think that the leveling system needs a rework but not the cards that are overleveled
I’m at 5400 trophies with on average level 11 cards and after looking at my activity logs I still face wizard and over a third of my games. Level 13 wizard does an absurd amount of damage while hitting almost every troop in your push. It can 1v1 almost all of my cards and still have enough health to counter-push.
