These sounds are very frightening, but at the same time they help to relax. I love whales
They almost sound like violins and cellos sometimes its incredible

If you think about It, the ocean IS a different Planet, we can barely explore it let alone live there, a lot of undiscovered things could be going on there without us knowing
My 5 year nephew is on the spectrum and has never known anything about mammals but he has a toy whale and just loves everything about them. He mimics these sounds of this magnificent creature that he has never known before.
When I was a child my early memories are floating on the ocean with the sunsetting & a large mother whale swam below me. It brought me comfort as these dreams were how I coped with abusive parents. Whales are very healing in my opinion & especially for children :')

I feel like our marine mammals are desperately trying to tell us something! Whales, orcas and dolphins are highly intelligent l, almost human. I feel like they have a message for us and we need to listen to them. I wish people could understand that and not dismiss them.
I have adhd and autism and this sound is my favourite..I use headphones alot so I'm glad this exists

Sometimes i wonder, if they are feeling so lonely, burdened by their weight, wishes to be fast roaming, wishes to see whats outside the ocean. I've heard whales and dolphins are very brilliant beings. So they might have the idea of how mysterious the outside world would be like, unlike other water animals. I wonder if they are singing or crying.
So brilliant in fact that they do not long for that which they've never known......
Those ideas come from comparison....seeking something other than what u have been gifted....it's a VERY human concept and intelligent animals don't partake in it.

I just came here to listen the sound after watching this South Korean series called Extraordinary Attorney Woo .... and this incident of submarine which went to see titanic. Its amazing that this creature has such powerful existance under the sea.

I watched Patrick and the Whale tonight on the Nature series on PBS - highly recommended! He begins diving with several whale species and learns their completely different characteristics and vocalizations. I believe these are all humpbacks which he calls “the singers”. Ultimately, his favorites become the sperm whales with whom he develops surprising relationships.
I literally just watched Patrick and Whale minutes ago! That's what brought me to the whale sounds to fall asleep to ❤

I did this too, and it made me realize that we've been conditioned to associate whale song with fear because slowed down whalesong sounds like a track from a horror film.
