  • Hi Good work, I did it in the same way at my UPS. @6:47 it is better to make it i the middle of all 6 batteries. On the border you will have a small resistance from the front to the back batteries. This is not ok,! Also all balancer cable s must have the same length. @8:41 better to add a heatshrink to the cable near next to the battery contact. Always safety first!! Tks for understanding.

    • Yes, one more piece of insulation card, heat shrink or tape, under the +positive 'tab' where it bends over the -negative battery canister. But apart from that small nit picking extra safety point, it was very well done.

    • I couldn't find a label on the old battery Brother, but I think it is about 3 times less capacity about 7Ah but weighs 3 times more than a LiFePO4 Battery

    • Waves does not matter for TVs, since they have FB-Recitifiers and they convert AC-DC in order to work. I literally ran my TV with straight 220V DC, and worked just fine.

  • Güzel fikir iyi iş. Peki iki sorum olacak. 1.Bunun şarjı aynen kurşun-asit aküdeki gibi doğrudan fişini prize takarak mı oluyor? 2.Normalde klasik ups’i hep prize takılı tutuyoruz. Elektirik gidip geldiğinde veya tamamen gittiğinde bilgisayarımız kapanmasın/zarar görmesin diye. Bunu da sürekli prize takılı tutabilir miyiz? Teşekkürler.

    • 4S LiFePO4 pillerin gerilim harakteristikleri aynen 12V kurşun-asit aküler gibidir ve evet devamli prizde takılı olabilir. Bu videoyu paylaştığımdan beri benimki prizde TV, WiFi ve PC'me bağlı durumda ve gayet iyi çalışıyor.

    • Тима ёмкость аккумулятора увеличил. У родного 7а/ч, тут будет около 15а/ч. Так всё хорошо, но почему не сделать аккумулятор съёмным на клеммах?

  • good idea, bad execution. The way that the wires are attached to the battery is verry dangerous. it could burn down the house, if not careful. Please do better for you're sake. Else keep up the good ideas.
