  • thats really cool, but it would be buried in many feet of snow here in Newfoundland. People build their cabins 8' above the ground in the back country in order to access their cabin doors during winter.

    • You keep pretty busy just gathering wood, cutting it up, hauling it in. You can read, go on hikes, fish, write, build/fix stuff. But honestly I think you have to be comfortable with yourself, being alone. 🪚 you can get up when you want, go to sleep when ever. Only thing you must do if it’s cold. 🥶 cut wood…
