  • I think it would be cool for a jewerly holder but, I would prefer if it could be more stable somehow to sit on a dresser and not hang. Years ago AOL would send out hundreds of CDS to down load into your computer and they came in cool square tins. Who remembers them? I worked at a nursing home and hundreds came for all the residents. They were third class mail and the social worker tossed all in the trash. I took them all home when I would see them in the trash. I recycled the CDs into cool candle holders but, I put felt in the bottom of the tin, felt inside the tin and felt on top of the tin and decorated them with a Christmas theme. I put money in them with gift cards and wrapped them up. I made jewerly cases out of them to give as gifts with my DIY jewerly. I have been beading for close to 50 years.
