North-eastern China, Beijing & Hebei provinces have seen heavy rainfall and floods since the typhoon made landfall in southern Fujian province roughly two weeks ago.
Authorities are scrambling to restore normal living conditions after the passing storms from Doksuri, the national forecaster warned the north-eastern region to brace itself for more storms from Typhoon Khanun.

  • Government all over the world should build safe parking hubs for severe weather conditions. Maybe they should find a way to harness those ran off water into power. Drought one year and flood the next could be most disastrous for any affected region. Clearing all river from debris every year. Or line some park of the river with concrete to facilitate faster moving of flooding.
