I'm going here in Feb and just wanted to see what the people were like. I've put on some serious weight after an illness so hoping to see some fellow chubbos. Worried everyone will be Nordic looking gods 😂

Where do I start? Rotten shark, fish jerky, sheep's head? This food is DISGUSTING! Ísafjörður is Way too cold, not a lot of sun, so people drink a ton, and fish, they bored and sad and antisocial Iceland should be #1. Worst weather on the planet apart from the Arctic Pole & Antarctica. If you're looking for cold summers, a combination of rain and wind that slaps your face in a way you've never experienced before I saw an Icelandic thanksgiving meal in total drama ridonculous race ew barfs it looks so gross rendering umbrellas completely useless (seriously most people don't even own one), dark winters, one of the richest vocabularies of words for snow and wind and dry air Ice cubes and whale. Sometimes a seal special occasions. Enough said Iceland is the country for you. Not to mention the expensive gas, pricy beer and overwhelmingly difficult grammar Iceland food does NOT look pleasant!.

@@jk.hygftrtjghv-rm2rc I am sure you were in deep love with any Icelandic woman/man later you got cheated by her/him. So after that your love towards the country turned into some scary hateness. Now you think all the Icelandic people are the same so you can't even stand the whole country, it's foods, it's culture, it's people. I just hope one day you will regain all your love towards the country and you will laugh about todays situation. Lot's of love and kisses from the country itself ❤🇮🇸
@@jk.hygftrtjghv-rm2rcand also there is a huge difference between calm and peaceful community who loves to lead their life peacefully and loud, obnoxious so called "social" people. Just because Icelandic people don't scream top of their voice And doesn't like to create nuisances in the public doesn't make them anti-social. Would you like to choose your word correctly next time? 🫂 hugs hope you get along with iceland and hopefully Icelandic people are Gracious enough to make you fall in love with us ❤
