🎥 On December 1st 2023, Veggie suddenly passed away. Many of you also knew him from my KZhead videos, in which he was often in (together with Nala). It was really a shock! The week before, a bonus grandfather (Alexander) had also died. To honor Veggie and Alexander, I recorded a video on this theme so that I can also teach you vocabulary about LIFE and DEATH.

Ik heb deze ervaring dit jaar twee keer meegemaakt met mijn katten, en uw woorden komen op het juiste moment.   • Kim, mijn oprechte deelneming voor je verlies van Veggie. Bedankt dat je zo'n dierbaar wezen al zoveel jaren een mooi en liefdevol thuis hebt gegeven. Ik weet dat het een moeilijke video was om te maken, maar het was een prachtig eerbetoon aan Veggie.

  • I am so sorry for your loss, Kim. I am also going through a very difficult moment of my life. I started learning Dutch because of Roos, my no longer partner. She has broken my heart a few days ago, we really love each other. I reallly want to keep learning Dutch but I feel like my only motivation was her. Your channel was extremely helpful and I had so much joy. Lots of love and compassion for you and the ones you lost in your life.

  • Gecolenceerd. Thank you for all the dutchies to be practice you have given me. Mijn hobby is hondensport. Ik ben pakwerker. Mijn ras van mijn honden zijn mechelaar/malinois. That brought me to the dutch language and then brought me to you. Ik ben liefde op mijn dieren. So I will tell you the same thing I tell all my friends when they have a pet pass away. They bring so much joy to us, that's the best thing. But they NEVER stay as long as we hope!

  • Sorry, Im going to write this in English because Im still not very confident in my Dutch. I am so sorry for your losses. If I could hug you right now I would! I know the pain of loss as I lost my sister right before coming to Nederland. It has been almost 3 years now and I still cry. Sometimes I just cry for no reason. Other times I will laugh at a memory of her. Hold on to the memories and love you have for both Alexander and Veggie. They will always be with you. I do believe that the spirits of our loved ones never leave us, they are there to give guidance and comfort to us when needed, and to lift us up when we are down. Know that your Opa and Veggie are with you.... always. I hope you have a blessed Kerst and happy new year. 🫂

  • Gecondoleerd. I met my cat in a similar way! On gumtree at midnight when having a severe psychotic episode and was certain I had to get a cat or I’d die - and the next day, I belonged to my cat! The girl also wanted to get rid of him- and had dressed him in a little kimono. No matter how randomly we met - He is the best friend I could have wished for. And he helped me heal. And I can’t imagine the day he won’t be there anymore without crying. So much love to you and Nala. ❤❤❤

  • Gecondoleerd. Also on 1st of December, my mother died. Few days before, my father was at her bed to tell her that he was waiting for her. He died of cancer several years ago. There are many stories from hospices of the same kind. Something happens after our lives here…..

  • Heel veel sterkte 😘 Mijn vader (92 jaar oud) was in juli overleden en mijn poes (bijna 19) in september....Zij gaf mij zo veel leifde en steun nadat mijn partner 8 jaar geleden was overleden. Dus ik snap heel goed hoe jij je voelt. Dank je wel voor deze vidio! Inderdaad, het is een naar onderwerp, maar alle woorden zijn nuttig 👍Het teken, ik geloof erin!!

  • Het spijt me zo van je kat. Kijk, ik ben een boeddhist. Toevallig vond ik op KZhead enkele filmpjes van een landgenoot, Pim Van Lommel, met wie ik een maand geleden naar een bijzondere conferentie in Barcelona ging. Hij was lange tijd chirurg en verzamelde veel ervaringen van zijn patiënten met bijna-doodervaringen. Wat hij zegt is heel interessant.

  • Hoi Kim, Gecondoleerd met dit enorme verlies Alexander en Veggie. Ik geloof dat er een eeuwig leven is na de dood. In dit leven worden goede mensen beloond met de eeuwige hemel, waar ze krijgen wat ze verdienen van degenen die hen kwaad hebben aangedaan, terwijl slechte mensen gestraft worden met de eeuwige hel. Al deze geschapen mensen, ontelbare wezens en planten, en sterrenstelsels zijn niet tot stand gebracht om volledig te verdwijnen. Er moet zeker een schepper zijn voor dit alles, en hij heeft een eeuwig leven voorbereid voor de dienaren die hij heeft gecreëerd.

  • Bedankt voor deze mooie video en bedankt om met ons wat je voelt te delen. Iedereen kan zich herkennen in wat je zegt. Het was helemaal geen droevige video maar wel een ontroerende video. Je schrijft en spreekt over de dood maar je video zit toch vol leven. Ik ben ook, in het algemeen, minder gevoelig voor mensen dan voor dieren want die laatste zijn zo weerloos. Ik denk dat je snapt wat ik bedoel. Al die tekens zijn te gek. Ik geloof er ook in. Het verdriet gaat verdoven.... met de tijd. Er wordt gezegd dat de tijd de wonden geneest (ik denk dat het in deels waar is). Veel liefs en veel sterkte
