What should be a simple repair turns into a painful task due to rusted screws. Now have to purchase a drill bit to get one screw off. First and last Micro roller.

My sons mini micro scoooter is leaning towards one side. Does anyone know why..?
Hi, maybe you can tighten the screws at the handlebar. Often it works better afterwards!
When I tried this everything worked fine until I got to the final two screws which hold the actual brake in place. These were rusted in and couldnt be moved. In the end I had to drill them out (a 3.5 mm bit worked fine for me). Everything else worked as per the video.
Exact same thing happened to me this morning.
Same here. The one part which is exposed to moisture and corrosion is not stainless steel! Duh.
Same here, managed to extract them with a flathead for increased tortion.
