Nice review! Question: if using with a 13 inch macbook pro, in show mode, can it see beyond the keyboard? Thank you in advance for your response!
You may have to angle it less but with the wide angle lens, yes
Hello. When starting the camera, does the load go to the CPU or video card?
Image processing is done on the camera, if the app is installed on the CPU.
Thank you. For some reason, my camera showing a slightly blurry image, can't figure out why... Also Logicapture won't see this camera.
contact your local Logitech support for help
hello, should i buy logitech brio 500 or c922 ? in turkey have 700 turkish lira diffrences between these, brio 500 high price but not much
C922 is older and I Have not tested this personally. I can tell you that I like the Brio 500
@@ArtIsRight 2 month ago i got the brio 500,sir it's excellent!! Thank you!
@@wednesdayaddamsofficial563nasıl memnun musun? 3 bin lira oldu şuan...
Logitech BRIO 500 I don't have USB-C on my PC, how to connect it?
USB-C to A adapter
Do you know if showmode works in QuickTime?
it should be because it is largely based on the Logi software and web cam firmware.
@@ArtIsRight thanks for replying. yea was thinking that, but u know technology, that function many only work in their app. Guess I will find out soon enough :D
@@ArtIsRight I just asked their support, and they said Logitech does not support QuickTime! shot in the foot...Im pretty sure It should work in quicktime... Lets see!
well it does work in quick time, I did these screen recoding in quick time and the function works. So you should be good to go, now that I think of it
@@ArtIsRight many thanks for that, will order, the function is exactly what I need :D
seems built in webcam is better than the logitech one, as well as having better mic.
That is why I did the comparison. If you look at the noise during live call in the similar lighting condition, it is less than the build in webcam.
This is better an the 4k one, In picture and colors
good to know
can I use this " logitech BRIO 500 " for classes on 8x4 feet whiteboard on ZOOM ????????????
I don't see why not but I would give it a try
Does this camera take pictures?
You can via software
Is there a webcam that will zoom with hardware, not software?
Probably you have to search around.
Nah, these are all cheapos, it's a compromise. They're all shit, enough for business calls. You need a mirrorless form that. Modern mirrorless from Sony, Canon, etc. come with a software so that their products can be used as webcam.
Does it come with a light?
you'll have to get other light sources separately.
@@ArtIsRight thanks, how does the camera do under poor light conditions?
It does a decent job. everything gets a bit noisy, considering the smaller sensor
Why are there no videos showing me how to plug it into my laptop cant find right whole
ok
USB-c hole in your laptop. Or get a usb-c to usb-a adapter to plug in to older usb port.
You say "pretty much" a lot.
You're welcome!
