The best things to do, eat, drink, activities, viewpoints, markets, rooftop cocktail bars, infinity pools in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. We cover all the above and it's honestly a place I could see myself living in the future. We would have to see what its like in rainy season but its a straight 10/10 at the minute.
As always any questions drop me a message in the comments.

And looking one by one of Malaysia vlog video.. just making me get sidetrack of what I actually supposed to do.. being old is tough.. Hopefully the original Malaysian guys that comments and mentioned the Harry Potter on that video still remember it and found your channel. And you know what.. from all that searching.. and now I realized that usually I will comment to the KZheadr that travel to Malaysia.. to be super vigilant around your surroundings especially when walking on the pedestrian path that can be slippery and watch out for hidden hole (drainage cover concrete/steel) also the motorcyclist that will appear out of nowhere even on the pedestrian path. And also sometimes pedestrian path can also take you to nowhere (dead end) By the way welcome to Malaysia 🇲🇾

    @StephenCrowe44@StephenCrowe44Күн бұрын
    • Hey. We went in March so I can only comment on that. It’s unbelievable hot - one of the hottest place I have ever been to. We did 10 nights and think it was 30+ every day, 35+ a few days and everyday on BBC weather was ‘feels like 40+’. As it’s a city break it often feels a lot hotter than if you are just sat by the beach with a beerwari in hand. However, KLCC aka the city centre is so so good - taxi into or across town £2/3, food/ drinks delivered to your hotel £0.50/£1.00 and everywhere has amazing air conditioning. We were just getting taxi’s door to door in places, as it is very toasty. Also, it’s worth noting I’m a northerner and my gf is ginger so we absolutely can’t handle any head in any country… 😂 You’ve gotta remember it’s a tropical climate as well. Near Singapore, just up from Indonesia and Bali. So it’s very sticky and humid as well. Soon as you are in places like shopping centres, bars, restaurants you won’t even notice it - it’s just getting around. Download the grab app which is like uber and you’ll be absolutely fine. As for the city itself I thought it was unreal. Great people, great food, rooftop bars better than London (Vertigo and Terezza were our favourites). I would just check when you are going as I believe they do have some what of a monsoon season. So you’ll have the head with crazy rain as well. Any other questions just give me a shout 😃 Gaz

It was about £10 on the way to KL via the Grab app. On the way back we paid £15 as we had to pre book it due to an early flight. Taxi’s are really reasonable in KL as I believe petrol costs are quite low. It’s about 35 mins on a clear run and an hour on a slow run with traffic. Depending on what time you land

    • The steps are really cool to look at and going early morning with no one there was really beautiful. However, there was quite alot of rubbish on the steps and in the caves as well. I guess its really hard to keep clean with all the people going there later in the day eating and drinking. The caves have a big sponsored by Pepsi sign, so I guess so.... Not sure what the money goes to, but as you say hopefully its something around keeping them clean. Cambodia Vlog in the pipeline next, so stay tuned for more :)

    • Haha we are on a big around the world trip and trying to visit and explore as many countries as possible. I have a severe nut and peanut allergy, so have to be super careful what I eat around here. Japenese and sushi tends to be the best for that, but I try and explore when I can. What other food and restaurants should we check out when we come back?

    • @@mjo750Right? We have so many Japanese doing videos on why they moved to Malaysia already, and availability of decent Japanese food is a big factor of it. A Japanese hairdresser moved here from Australia since Japanese food there can't compete with what he could found in Malaysia (not to mention the price, too) and Japan's own superstar, Gackt, also mentioned Japanese food as one of the big reason why he chose here over Malta or any other country.

I agree with you around the mixture of luxury and beauty. Kuala Lumpur is far more advanced and technology focussed than London. It very much reminded me of Japan. I think next on the list is to check out some of the amazing beaches you mentioned and the highlands. My gf is a huge tea fan, so she will be happy to hear about the Highlands. If you ever head to London drop me a message and hopefully I can return the favour and recommend you some places@@udeenadamar2083
