  • "He gave me 3 chances the least I can give him is a rematch", ngl my respect for him rose after he said this. Humble in victory and his opponent the respect he deserves for giving him this opportunity. Edit: you people are missing the point. He didn't have to go out of his way to mention that Jake has given him 3 chances. He could have continued chatting shit and just asked for the rematch instead he decided to be humble and honest

  • After round 1 I knew Tommy had it, great movement and his jab was just cutting through no problem. Jake couldn't match the movement so resorted to holding to slow it down and still failed. I was just bricking it because of how bias the entire event felt against Tommy. The commentators was praising Jake non stop, I thought the cards could have robbed Tommy, they still did imo. The pressure Tommy was under and all the weight on his shoulders with his own brother saying he would be disowned if he lost and add to that having your first child 3 weeks out from a fight of this magnitude.......Tommy handled all that pressure and came through so I can only congratulate him on his efforts. I also believe Jake Paul done himself proud considering this was his first fight with a pro boxer, I think Jake Paul proved alot of people wrong just by getting through to the end of this fight........I never rated Jake but I tip my hat to him as it takes some balls to jump in the ring especially with someone with far more experience and ring knowledge than yourself.

But I can say that Jake will get passed this loss, and continue training and get better as time moves forward because even people who don’t like Jake can see that he is dedicated to this boxing. Props to Tommy tho. Just give Jake so more time he will be ready for a another fight against a real boxer

Jakes very durable for a guy only doing this 4 or 5 years but that’s not gonna work with a young upcoming boxer that’s been doing this since he was a child. • That was a clean jab that caught fury in the last round and it took his left leg out from him, so it was technically no slip and correctly called a genuine knockdown 100% but given the fact that jake paul clearly does not have any real power in his punches it could be translated by fury as a slip and of course fury was able to claim it was immediately as he was not hurt at all by it. Paul caught fury with clean big punches and it did not budge fury so jake paul really ain't the real deal, but can move and is a ok boxer for young boxing fans to admire.
