Rules could be different in the US but in the UK he should have turned the power off before checking the auto dialler, this confirms the back up batteries are functioning

When Im pressing the elevator buttons I like to use multiple fingers because some elevator buttons could be a bit stiff

The times where the elevator didn’t light up is because it was trying to find itself in the shaft. This usually takes a while on Schindler 330As.

Most of these inspections are to ensure that fire service is working properly so that the elevator recalls to the main floor and locks out should there be an emergency in the building.

You didn't test the door open/close, car call cancel, and door hold in the fire panel.

The open close buttons are plugged in parallel with the main ones. The call cancel wouldn't have any effect as once you press it, it stops at the next floor. This elevator has only two floors.

He opened the door before the elevator had fully reach the top floor and leveled that's why I didn't respond when he called it.
