People don’t talk about mental health but it’s real! I have severe anxiety so I been having panic attacks back to back. I had my heart checked also and everything was good. I been drowning in depression so I’m about to pack me and my kids bags and move overseas! I’m so happy for you!❤️

@@itsmejazzzz I take vitamins and tried Ashwagandha and it didn’t help me. I’m on medication for depression and anxiety.

That’s so crazy. I’m also learning how to not be upset about things I can’t control. I learned that about myself once I read it in my counseling class. At that moment I understood and it feels so good to feel more at ease when not trying to prevent things I can’t control. Love this for you
