Not only that, wilzig having intimate knowledge of who Lucy is and what the experiment in her vault was implies the enclave either is the private face of vault tec, or they have the databases from vault tec in their posession.
Correct. The enclave paid vault tec to conduct their experiments. Experiments that they deemed as an essential study for their space colonization.

@@randeli7785honestly I doubt it. They’ve suffered far too many losses to be back at full strength. The west coast did this because of reinforcements from the east, who were able to become a true fighting force because they recruited wastelanders. The Enclave facility is the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Brooklyn, NYC. There was literally ZERO modifications needed for the shots with the train and the atrium. That is exactly how the building looks today. It is open to the public and also houses a variety of businesses. The building was a massive logistics center used for transporting troops and gear to Europe during WWII and is located right on the water. Troops and gear came in by train and were transported to liberty ships as fast as they could be moved. The exterior was also used in Joker when Arthur Fleck went to get the records on his mother.
Yeah, and it's not completely underground as well. Even in the escape scene we can see upper floor being a full-sized building complete with turrets perimeter defense.

Hell yeah, The Enclave in Canada? Enlist me the Shit up with that X-01 Power Armour Baby!!!!
My personal thought is that every single American state would have its own department/detachment. Yeah sure some states would fail but some would have had to have prospered
The mistakes of the Enclave on the previous Fallout games is that they try to attempt big moves that gets noticed by factions which results in massive backlash against them. It looks like in the TV series they are just minding thier business doing research for the meantime while building strength.
Exactly. They are learning the wasteland is more dangerous than they realized and not all the population is dead or mutated. Time is their ultimate weapon- like bud said himself in the show- while being watched by the shadowy ominous figure in the window during the vault tec meeting flashback.
I mean not really. They do in fallout 3 but in fallout 2 they're very secretive. Only the bos and the salvatore family in new reno even know about them, and the savlatores are their allies and the bos they attack and kill the guy trying to stop them. Their plan in fallout 2 wasn't to start any huge invasion or anything, they secured some FEV and then modified it to kill impure humans and wanted to shoot it into the atmosphere. They only really lost because they kidnapped the wrong people to experiment on, IE arroyo, which led to the chosen one wiping them out.
@@mappingshaman5280weren’t they wiping out vaults and what not? You can run into them in random encounters aswell
@RunnWScissors yeah but they didn't leave any survivors except their prisoners and their collaborators (the intelligent deathclaws whom they killed in the end) so that's still being secretive. That or they are just keeping a smaller presence in the wasteland. I mean they already lost the oil rig, raven rock, Navarro, and god knows what else. It also shows that the shadow government of the enclave worked heavily with vault tech, and perhaps other corporations, who purchased the cold fusion technology from moldaver. Perhaps the enclave defector dying to give the cold fusion energy to the NCR was just one of MANY other scientists who also worked on cold fusion. The Enclave could very well be alive and well- and have limitless power this time.
We already know there’s a sizable remnant force in Chicago. It’s actually theorized that Chicago is the largest and most important enclave holding . Even before the rig was destroyed

The enclave just got better at the 'shadow' part of of being a shadow government.
I still wonder how the enclave is still around, like we fuck them up both at the oil rig, and in the Washington waste lands. There really should not have much of a presence outside maybe some former members or abandon outpost to be found here and there, but this from what I saw in the show look like they are very much organized enough to not only have a large base, but still enough man power to continue their experiments
Not suprised that the Enclave made an appearance, to think that they were ever truly gone is ridiculous . There are 100's bases and bunkers collectively across the US, Not to mention they quite literally are a direct descendent of the military and the government. So just because CSE and Adams AFB were lost does not mean by any capacity they were wiped out. In all honesty both were probably smaller groups of the Enclave itself. Given that the government/military would have tons of precautions and contingency plans in place for any case and scenario.
Honestly the only Scene that hurts to watch in the entire show is the turret missing every single shot. He could’ve been grazed and that would’ve shown being a huge target trying to survive.

Phase 2: discover key to mutations leading to the smarter super mutants and nightkin. Phase 3: breed an abundance of the healthiest, purest canines with little to no radiation damage to their DNA and infect them with FEV. Phase 4: observe mutations over time and spare the favorable test subjects. Failures are either to be executed or turned into cyber dogs if they’ve proven some favorable traits that can be exploited with technology. Phase 5: repeat phases 3 and 4 till favorable numbers are generated. Phase 6: attach obedience collars from the Deathclaw project to the heads of each hell hound. This technology is easier to apply to cyber mutant hounds through their implants. Phase 7: deploy hellhounds with enclave armored infantry as a support unit.
